This was my first time at Cubby’s and I was thrilled they had a drive through, thinking it would be reasonably quick, especially since there was no one ahead of me. I ordered a basic burger and fry. I waited at the window for 20 minutes!!! The staff were walking around at a snails pace inside and not once did anyone come to so much as let me know when I could expect to be helped. There was no apology for the wait. She finally took my payment, handed me my food and that was it. Despite the food being delicious, I will not be back due to the poor service.

In fact, it seems as if they want to go out of their way to provide terrible service and not give a crap. What is the point of ordering ahead if they can’t ever keep to their end of the order commitment. It is a nightmare!!!

One sandwich, one small french fry and one shake thirty dollars, and they would not take a one hundred. It's sad no one's trusting cash Anymore.
