    Driver yelled at my wife complaining about us given him no tip. But we gave him 7:50, absolutely unprofessional, and disgusting.

    We ordered several pizzas and bread bites from this restaurant. Pick up time 5 o’clock. We arrived at 4:45. Our pizzas were not ready. The manager said that they barely got the order. And then checking with our daughter-in-law, the order had been put in over four hours prior. And nobody was in the lobby. I’ve spent the last week or so trying to find the manager over that store and no dominoes would help me because each restaurants a franchise I guess. Called this restaurant today with no other recourse and the lady that answered the phone said she was the GM. And that she was there that night and that makes it even worse because she knew that there was something wrong and did nothing about it. We got our pizzas approximately 40 minutes after our pick up time. Which means they had well over four hours to make our pizzas. Then they shorted us a pizza and while we waited, a half an hour to have them make another, our other pizzas got cold. The manager, I think offered us a pity amount like some breadsticks for our inconvenience when all of our pizzas were cold. He would not replace the pizzas or anything because of their mistake. Called the manager today and clearly she didn’t want to talk to me cause she said several times that they were orders that were backing up and it was clear that she didn’t wanna help me. At least that’s the way I felt. And she made a mistake on the phone number. She said she couldn’t find our receipt and then I asked her to try it one more time while she was complaining about the orders stacking up she found the receipt and all she would give me in the end was two pizzas which is a slap in the face considering we spend Over $50 on food from that restaurant. She would not give me a regional Manager‘s number. She kept saying that there was nothing that she could do because we waited for over a week when I did everything I could to find out the manager over that Restaurant. And all she kept saying was that was just a busy day. No one in the lobby but 1 person. The fact there was nobody in the lobby that made no sense whatsoever and what made even worse sense is that they didn’t think we were important enough customers to take care of us and replace all the pizzas and or give us a credit not too happy with the way that we were treated by that restaurant? In my opinion the way that we were treated is inexcusable.

    Every time I go in here to pick up my order, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The customers dining in look satisfied and happy. Every order I've gotten has been delicious.

    can’t say anything about the food yet i’m leaving this review while in the restaurant called and ordered ahead they told me 20 minutes on there about 8 minutes early went inside they said there about to start and took another 15 minutes to get my order very horrible service would not suggest coming to this location it’s a waste of time.
