  This place has really gone down hill. While we were sitting in the drive thru we watched the kid cooking food go out to his friend’s car multiple times to vape wearing his gloves and then go back in and handle food without changing gloves. My burger was still raw in the middle which seems like an even bigger risk for food poisoning given the kid that wasn’t changing his gloves. I’m also not sure how the burger was still raw since it’s so thin and we waited for so long. The fries were so salty we couldn’t even eat them and just had to throw them away. Huge waste of money.

  Announcing at the pay window that your are changing a surcharge for using a credit card is such poor customer service, it should be when you order so you can choose if you want to extra charge

  Never a bad dinner at cubbys! Younger kid with blonde hair who was the busser has amazing customer service and was very polite, give him a raise!!

  We came here for lunch and were disappointed with the food. The “contractor fries” were lukewarm and undercooked - just kinda limp, sad fries. The burger patties were very overcooked. There was nowhere near enough dressing for the salad, so it was basically just lettuce croutons and chicken. We did enjoy coloring hats with crayons before we received our food.

  Ethan was awesome and made eye contact when we ordered our food! he cleared our garbage and was so kind!
