  This is our favorite local Wendy's! The service is fast and good and the employees always have a friendly attitude.

  It took a long time for them to answer the speaker, but only after i said "hello". Then they asked me to hold. It was not peak time it was 2:30pm. No one in front, no cars in the parking lot, no one waiting behind me. Horrible customer service. I called this morning, the women identified herself as the manager. Yes, she has broken English, I could understand her, she couldn't understand me! She then abruptly said " what do you want lady?" in a curt tone. I've been in customer service for over 40 yrs. I've been going there for a few months. My mother enjoys this chili. This location is the closest to her. I get a large, they fill it less than 3/4 full. There's more than an inch from the top. If I wanted a small I would ask for it. Its been that way but, only from this store. The store that I have to back tract to fills it up to the top. Im tired of paying more and getting less. I boycotted Wendy's for over 20yrs because of customer service. They've not learned a thing. When they're profits start dropping, maybe they'll look at the reviews and get a bigger picture of the problem! The customer service from this store is not professional. Wendys in Bluffdale, Ut needs to to better!! Time to go back to Riverton or look for any where else to go besides Wendy's!

  Went to location before they closed, lobby says hours are until 11pm, the door was unlocked and when I walked into the lobby the employee yelled at me saying they were closed and to go through drive thru so I just left and went to McDonald's instead. Horrible.

  Stay away!!! Negative stars. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. My daughter was a little hesitant in ordering at the drive-thru, but when we got up to the window fine, and the employee (Wiyaka #3145) gave us our food, I turned to her and asked "Is there was a receipt?" And stared at me as if I had told her that her firstborn child was ugly, as if she want to kill me. She sneeringly said, "If you ask for one." She reached over and got a receipt that seemed already printed. Then glared at me with hatred gleaming from her eyes. I kid you not. She kept sneering as she pulled the door shut. No thank you or have a good day. I turned in utter surprise to find my fourteen-year-old daughter staring in shock. This is unacceptable behavior. We did nothing to offend or degrade her in any way. She treated us like scum on the underside of her shoe. It is worth driving a little to a different place to be treated like a human being. Never again going there Wiyaka can hate on someone else. Our visit was at 2:45 pm on 03/20/2026.

  Worst food ever. My bun was so tough I couldn’t tear it with my teeth. Employees are rude. You need to check your order it is usually wrong. Way over priced cost me $100 for 6 people and they won’t give you more than 1 sauce for a 10 piece chicken. Won’t ever eat here again.
