My issue is that after I said thank you *ignored* I asked for a receipt to which she ignored me again. I said “excuse me” twice and she shut the door walking back in. CLEARLY she heard me because I drove to the window and she opened the window and handed it to me WITHOUT SAYING A WORD and slammed the window. What is your problem?

The customer service sucks.You sit at the drive through waiting for somebody to answer you.If you're ready to order. You're sitting there for 5 to 10 before anybody comes.That is ridiculous.So whoever owns this franchise of a wendy's needs to shape up their employee's, to have better customer service. You need to give them a lesson that customers pay their paychecks. And when customers don't come to that Wendy's anymore, they're gonna lose their jobs. Remember, one person has a bad experience. They tell 10 people, those 10 people tell another 10 people looks like if that is happening because I read all the reviews on here and a lot of people are not happy with the customer service at this Bluffdale location.
