We ordered at the drive thru and were immediately informed they didn’t have fries or chicken. We should have taken that as our hint to leave immediately. We ordered 2 burgers and 1 ice tea.
We were given the tea and asked to pull forward and they would bring the burgers out. There was no one behind us and the restaurant looked empty. We waited 5 minutes and still our order was not brought to the car. We drove off a went to McDonalds and had a good burger and fries in a timely manner.
Save yourself a lot of frustration don’t stop there.

Holiday weekend travelers bring in lots of people and then slow downs.
I could tell the team had, had a solid day.
Hailey (assume that’s how it’s spelt) took our order, was patient even with a slight crowd and really went above and beyond to make it a nice experience for us and even those around even at the expense and frustration of other teammates it seemed.
I noticed other customers expressing their appreciation to her kindness too

We were traveling to St. George for a trip and stumbled upon this place. I’m glad we did. It was super clean and the staff was super friendly especially Michael and Haley.
Food was warm and everything we wanted. I’ll be stopping at this place again on my way back to Salt Lake Lake.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s restaurant. My family was on a 2-day road trip to attend my father’s funeral, and in the evening we decided to get something to eat at Wendy’s since there’d be nowhere to stop for another two hours. I ordered, and paid for, a baked potato, but they didn’t have any left. The cashier offered me fries instead, but when I said no she KEPT pushing me to get something else like a cookie, fries, or apple bites. I kept saying “no.” A family member finally told her I had wanted the potato because I’m watching my calories.
She called another employee over to refund us for the item they did not have (she was clearly not happy about calling him over to do that) and then proceeded to insult me for being at Wendy’s, saying things like, “She’s watching her calories. I guess you’re in the wrong place, then. I guess you could order water….” Her words, tone and facial expressions were very rude--and she was loud enough for the people dining in to hear what she was saying. Having enough self-respect that I would not tolerate being treated this way I, and some of my family, left the restaurant. While waiting for their food to be prepared, my husband and daughter were subjected to her continued insults about Wendy’s being a place with high calorie food. My daughter picked up our family’s order and told the cashier that she’d been rude and should never treat her customers that way. The cashier proceeded to get defensive. Don’t go to this Wendy’s if you’re a self-respecting person and want to be treated with kindness, whether or not you choose a low calorie item or a high calorie item. It was not my fault that the low calorie potato was out of stock. Rather than making a scene, the logical thing would have been to quietly refund our money when there was nothing else I wanted. It was the lousiest fast food service I have ever experienced.

Very friendly people and excellent customer service.
My fries weren't very hot so I asked for fresh and they delivered right away. Idk if I ordered the wrong burger but I didn't get what I wanted. They took it back and gave me the one I wanted.
Oh, and... they weren't selling the frosty Keychain but honored mine from last year.
THANK YOU!!!
