Today there were two families ordering huge orders and there was no one being served Food. Clearly, the owner does not know that this is going on or it is ignoring the fact that the kiosks are down and there is no way to order otherwise. I wonder how many sales they are missing. Otherwise, I have eaten here when I can order and the food is great. Typical Wendy’s without being able to order. This situation must be new because all the old reviews are positive. It is a shame to have a good franchise being run so poorly.

The men’s room was gross per my husband and son, and the women’s room was ok in cleanliness expect they have large bent over metal latches exposed on the outsides of the stalls that are extremely sharp and dangerous. Trying to enter the stall and walk past a person washing their hands my sweatshirt caught and tore a hole right through it! Super upsetting and disappointing. Also a huge safety hazard for children for the height they are located at and how sharp they are.
