  I wait several minutes to place an order because the cashier was talking on the phone. I don't care how slow it is being on the phone when there is a customer, is unexeptable. The atmosphere made me feel forgotten or ignored. What's more they made me wait while serving food to people who ordered after me. I did get the order right, it tasted good, and it didn't take to long to get my food once I ordered so that's something positive

  I just met Jim while he was taking my order and giving out food. Really friendly disposition. Seemed like a diligent worker, methodical, and had a kind manner about him. Made the drive through a surprisingly pleasant experience.

  The food is Wendy’s you should know what to expect but the service is absolutely terrible the last two times I’ve been I’ve waited like 10 minutes for three things and I ordered chili from the drive thru and they didn’t put a lid on it in the bag so it soaked thru the back and got all over my car seat because it tipped over we also ordered a frosty and didn’t use fresh ice cream so it was melting before we got it the employees also have no customer service they have no care for customers time they also always sound like they absolutely hate life. They also over charge for the food over typical prices. overall this Wendy’s sucks

  Pretty good location but there's always a blonde lady loitering in the corner of the lobby on her laptop shouting on her phone asking people for money or something along those lines, makes the lobby experience absolutely zero stars every time when we come on our lunch break
