  This store just can’t get it right on wings. Every single time I order, the wings are wrong. I can no longer keep taking time off work to get these orders fixed so I’m done ordering here. I need to go where they can get the orders correct. And you can’t call them on the phone because their AI just keeps sending you back to place an order. So you can’t even cell and talk to a manager.

  Was told it was ready tell I got there and had to wait another 20 because they forgot to put the oven. And all the employees was just playing around. Ridiculous

  the weed smell outside of the store from the employees is HORRENDOUS.

  I made an online order and showed up at the timeframe to pick up, and the store was completely closed. Nobody was inside lights were off.

  Decided to give them another try to order online, waited again and for some reason again they canceled my order with out notification, call or anything. Will not be ordering from any Pizza Hut anywhere again. Obviously they don’t wanna do their jobs and provide an unreliable service. Order was confirmed and even had a delivery time for 10:45, I’m a truck driver and was on a time crunch. So if you like unreliable service, go ahead. I’ll pick Maverick or another pizza place from now on.
