Food was hot when it came out. Workers didn’t call our name so we didn’t even know it was ready. They make you pay for extra sauces which is ridiculous. Very disappointed in that decision of Wendy’s

So im pretty sure my meal was supposed to be like $16 but it came out to $21 . I didnt receive a reciept . The guy who took my order and money was in a terrible mood . I asked for bbq sauce for my fries and apparently you guys charge $00.50 per sauce ? I used to be so excited to get your food and a good deal and now it's a rip off with crap service. And my order was wrong .

Mother in law visiting for the holidays, came down with a sickness. All she wanted was a Wendy’s burger. The drive through service was beyond terrible. From my previous reviews you can see I often give good feedback and my family always goes beyond to be kind, polite, and be thankful for the service provided. But the staff member serving the window in AF at 4.40pm 12/22/25 decided to still have a rude attitude, not understanding a word I was saying (I still remained kind and thankful), but then proceeded to roll her eyes as we left (order was wrong, no big deal, but adds to it). Utah County has so much to offer, why waste time and money for such an experience.

Absolutely terrible the girl taking our order didn’t know anything and I had to repeat myself 7 times and they got my boyfriends order wrong and just an absolutely horrible experience and customer service

The dark guy with the curly hair could at least pretend to like his job. Seriously the worst attitude I’ve ever seen from a customer service employee. Rolling his eyes constantly. Acting like we are the biggest inconvenience in the world. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I wouldn’t dream of treating my customers that way. He should definitely not have a job. And the managers and owners of this Location either don’t care enough to read the reviews or customer service and satisfaction are not high on their list of priorities. I would suggest not going to this location unless you want to be treated poorly by the employees.
