We have had multiple issues with orders here. I don’t know why we continue to. But will not be returning now.
It took 3 tries to make a Blue Coconut Slushie with nerds.
Then ordering a Strawberry Cheesecake shake, it tasted NASTY. Especially towards the bottom. We made a call and were given a refund at least. Hilarious how the employee admits “oh the strawberry cheesecake has always had issues.”
Then maybe
1. Fix it
2. Stop selling it
3. Don’t tell customers that and making the franchise look terrible!

Being pregnant and this being the place I crave most, I will say when you ask for extra cheese for your grilled cheese or extra puree in a slushy.. they make sure it’s straight to perfection! Thank you for making my cravings satisfying!
Terrible customer service. Ordered several milk shakes and requested to get them as they were made so they wouldn’t melt before eating… they didn’t bring them out until all were made and they were melted, cups not even full, and we ordered some that were Oreo and some that were Oreo caramel, and none of them were marked and the employee couldn’t tell me what was what. Then had to request enough straws and spoons for the shakes. Not happy to spend money on full price shakes to get flavored milk.

I'm never going to Sonic again.
Some friends and I showed up 15 minutes before close. My friends stalls weren't working so they had to go to the drive thru. This is wasn't true because my stall was working just fine it just took twice as long for someone to answer.
We eventually got our food and we're happily eating it. However, my friend, who has MS, was having really gross burps. She went home not feeling well and later puke and was having diarrhea. I went home thinking my sandwich didn't taste quite right. Woke up early the next more with severe indigestion. Still experiencing this while writing this review.
If you guys don't want to work 25 minutes before for close then that's fine but serving customers trash and thinking it's funny is immature and and inappropriate.

Food was good but service was slow and cold at best. Disrespectfully and apathetically delayed, petty and unapologetic at worst.
I've been going to Sonic locations across the state (and a few in other parts of the country) for 10+ years somewhat regularly now, and the Cheese Sauce was *always* included with every Pretzel Twist order. Sonic has apparently changed the app within the past several months to make the Cheese Sauce *optional* with the Pretzel Twist, instead of included by default. As you can see in my attached "Before" and "After" pics of the product image+description as it appeared in the app, the Pretzel Twist product page in the app was even updated recently to *remove* the picture of the Cheese Sauce cup alongside the Pretzel Twist, and the verbiage was changed from saying the Cheese Sauce was explicitly included, to mentioning that it's now optional.
Well, when I was handed my Cheese-less Pretzel in the carhop, first of all my order came out 15+ minutes later than the app claimed it would (20 minutes after ordering when the app said "Ready ASAP"/within "~5 minutes"). I had just tapped the 'Call" button of this location to ask where my food was after taking so long, when an employee with some food (not even mine yet) finally stepped out. So I immediately hung up/cancelled the call. Finally, after receiving the cheese-less order, I was obviously confused--after having gotten Cheese Sauce included the past 40+ or whatever Pretzel Twist orders over the past 10+ years--so I ended up tapping the "Call" button on my Phone to call my location anyway. When they answered, they said I had to pay extra for the Cheese Sauce!! (What percentage of the population would even consider purchasing a Soft Pretzel without Cheese dip in the first place??) So I actually had to pull around into the drive-thru to place a silly order for Cheese Sauce. They were completely unapologetic for nickel-and-diming me for this ridiculousness. Didn't offer a single apology for the misunderstanding or for the fact that I had been at their restaurant for 30ish minutes by this point for 4 food items on a night where it did not seem that busy. (The drive-thru was empty when I pulled into it.) They just coldly informed me I need to pay extra for sauces.
Well, guess what? As I guessed I would, I found a Reddit conversation of other people getting upset over this recent Sonic change. Though, multiple commenters said that the Cheese Sauce wasn't actually supposed to be an upcharge with the Pretzel Twists like what the employee told me. But rather, the change to Sonic's Pretzel Twists was simply a matter of newly requiring the Customer to explicitly add the (still free) Cheese Sauce in the app manually, instead of it being included by default. So I got home and did a test where I started placing another order for the same location (See attached pic), this time making sure to explicitly select the Cheese Sauces in the app alongside my Pretzel Twist. I was not only able to add the Cheese Sauce with the Pretzel FOR FREE, but 3 WHOLE CHEESE CUPS PER PRETZEL!...Which is an even *better* deal than the 1 complimentary sauce you used to get! haha. It's so pathetic to (1) unapologetically and coldly nickel-and-dime me over a change that I was obviously unfamiliar with and mildly stressed over and (2) be wrong about it.
(It would be even *more* pathetic/petty if the employee still decided to nickel-and-dime me over my mistake when he *knew* the Cheese Sauce would have been free if I had ordered it in the app correctly. But that's not at all what I gathered from his wording after asking him to clarify like 3 times--It sounded like he thought the Cheese Sauce always cost extra when you buy Pretzel Twists.)
