I decided to give Papa John's a try with the BYU50 deal. I opened the box in the car and immediately knew this was BAD pizza. I picked it up 5 min after my order was set to be ready and it already looked old. My daughter said it best when she said, "It looks like it has been sitting in the box in the garbage for 2 days." It was cold, the cheese was hard, the crust was stale. So photo - you shouldn't be able to hold an entire pizza like that. We tried to reheat it but it only made it worse. So terrible! Just go to Little Caesar's. You get more bang for your buck and much better pizza.

Refused to give me the name or number of his boss/supervisor. Very unprofessional and I am very displeased.
