The customer service at the American fork location (specifically the drive-thru) is TERRIBLE! Every time I order the staff acts as though I have just ruined their day. Maybe the wild rice and kale salad is just a menace to make, I’m not sure. I have come to this location at least once a month for the last 2 years and only met with one cheerful employee (the 2 stars are dedicated to her🤍) I noticed because it was so different from the norm! I am no stranger to a drive-thru. The quality of service at the AF cubby’s is noticeably bad. My husband will no longer come with me because the service is so poor. Please teach the staff to smile so that my husband will drive me to Cubby’s again.
