We went in to this location looking for a premade cake and were ready to settle for a cake that had the flavors he wanted, but disappointed with how it looked. We mentioned a few times that he liked Spider-Man, but were told that it would take 24 hours to get one of their Spider-Man cakes ordered. So Peyton offered to make one for us. We told her to go ham on the design and let her creativity guide her and we’re VERY happy with the results! She didn’t disappoint at all. We didn’t even ask for the Spider-Man look, that was all her! We thought she would just whip something up and we would be happy with it. She delivered wonderful customer service and very talented at cake design. Love her so much! Please give her a raise ! She deserves it!

I ordered a 4th of July cake and it was not like the picture, the red and blue icing was the wrong shade and there was no sprinkles. When asked about the discrepancies the staff kindly informed me that they ran out of the red and blue icing like the picture as well as the Fourth of July sprinkles.. which is totally understandable, but as the customer I would have appreciated a heads up.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
