- SNSarah Nelson2 days ago1.0I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of this location over my last two visits. The ice cream appeared to be old and showed signs of freezer burn. On my most recent visit, I ordered strawberry, assuming it would be a safe choice, but it unfortunately still tasted expired. Additionally, the portion size did not feel consistent with the price. I also observed concerns regarding store management. The manager’s interactions with staff appeared overly reactive to situations beyond their control, and communication during training seemed unclear and ineffective. I overheard employees mention that training is difficult to retain because shifts are scheduled too far apart, making it challenging to build consistency. The cleanliness of the store was also below expectations, with sticky tables and ice cream that was excessively hard. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with both the product quality and the environment. I do feel for the employees, as they seem to be doing their best under challenging conditions. I hope improvements can be made, particularly in management and quality control, to better support both staff and customers

They finally opened the door and said that sometimes they just close 3 minutes early and that if we wanted anything they’d have to reopen and put their blenders back up. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
