  Horrible service! Went to store in Worland, Wyoming. I ordered a beef and cheddar with the cheese on the side. It was a tiny cup 1/4 full. Not even enough to spread out n the sandwich. I went back up there and he tried to charge me for more cheese. The heavy set guy with the glasses on 8/2/26 had a horrible attitude very rude! I will never eat at Arby’s again.

  Server was great. We both had roast beef sandwiches and they were excellent!

  I just wanted a simple meal. I ordered two items, Just two things and they got one of them wrong. I don’t know how much simple you can be. Two stars cross the board.

  Enjoyed a classic roast beef and fried mozzarella sticks. The food was hot and tasted great.

  I like Arby's food. However, this location used to be good. In recent months the service has declined. I can go in instead of waiting in the drive thru. Clearly, drive thru is quicker. I can stand there and it seams I am being ignored. I have seen this hapen with other customers. I only have 30 minutes for break, but standing there for 20 minutes just to place my order just makes me not want to come back on my break. Because of the long wait to place my order, I have left without anything.
