  Went through the drive thru about 15 minutes before they closed while on a road trip. Food only took about 5 minutes to make and was hot and fresh! Would go to again if in the area

  Worst Arby’s location ever. Spent almost $70 with my family while going back to home. Burgers had old soggy lettuce and burgers were not even done properly. All the tables and floor were dirty and nobody was cared to clean them even. Some customers had to clean their own tables to sit and eat nicely. A Foul smell was there from the entrance. There wasn’t any other food place to eat that’s why we had to go there. What a waste of money. So disappointed.

  Ordered chicken sandwiches so I knew I would probably have to pull ahead and wait! When I got to the window I was handed my shake, so I thought my food must be done! Wrong! He said please pull ahead! He said he would make me a new shake since this one would be Milk while I sat in my car in the heat for 10 minutes waiting! I also asked if I could please get honey mustard. Well, no new shake, brought out the first one all melted! Fries were old and cold, the chicken was warm but no honey mustard or napkins etc. Not an isolated incident. We have decided we will try Subway!
