  Ordered online and still had to wait forever. Couldn't get anyone to the counter to help or anyone tp even acknowledge us. Another older couple ended up leaving due to it taking so long to get any help. We would have left too but our food had already been paid for and unable to be canceled. Still ended up leaving and losing the money due to the lack of care. Nothing in the dining was stocked either. Just the items at the counter. Oh, and there wasn't anyone there or in the drive thru.

  While waiting in line at the drive thru we watched one of the employees go to hand a drink to the car in front of us, then take it back teasingly. Then another employee comes to the window and goes to hand the driver her food, then he takes it back. Then he holds it out just far enough where the driver could not reach it. My husband honked the horn and they gave her the food. She drove off. When we got to the window my husband ask to speak to a manager and was told the manager was too busy to come to the window. We received our food, the fry’s were cold. There were also about 4 cars behind us. So the line was being held up while the two guys were playing around with the girl in the first car and now people in the line received cold food.

  I've stopped here a few times and had order mix ups. Please check your bag!!!!!! And for the people who work here, order accuracy is something you need to work on. Otherwise than that food was great and service was professional.

  This McDonald's in thermop wow first time in along time ive actually had hot French fries or a hamburger from McDonald's the mocha phrap was amazing also .
