Glad to stop in and dine at Pizza Hut. It brought old memories. Loved the old school pan sized 🍕. The staff was friendly and prices are still very reasonable. Inside was clean and still looks at original 80's vibe. Must stop if you love original pan Pizza.

Driving cross country from Seattle to NYC. Went out of our way to visit a classic for sit down as everything near us is all take out. Skipped breakfast and took a detour. Looked closed but hours on door matched up. Tried the door, surprised it was open. Guy came to the counter and shared that he was busy with paperwork and could make us takeout which we were welcomed to eat in the parking lot(?) After explaining our plight, he emphasized the importance of getting this paperwork done in the next half hour and there was nothing he could do to accommodate us in the empty restaurant. Understand why the lot was empty, and no, his paperwork didn't include a takeout order from us. If you need to close, just hang a sign next time. We don't want the world to turn into a giant vending machine, but this kind of experience is exactly why it is headed that way.

Just ordered delivery. Part of my order was missing. Called for help and got a call center in India. No option to get any help at all.

Food wise it is top tier for a pizza hut. Have had one issue in 10 years, and they addressed it without hesitation. Their service is where they truly excel.
