  Recently converted to kiosk ordering, staff seemed disorganized, called out wrong table numbers for orders, food was barely warm when it arrived. Other customers left in frustration after long wait.

  Went threw the drive thru, ordered blue powerade with a large nugget meal. And a medium dr.pepper. also got 2 kids meals. Instead of blue powerade was given red without knowing tell the window at pick up. Got food, came home, the fries where half full on a large fry, the dr.pepper had no carbonation and had no flavor. I live here and have had better service... idk whats going on over there but they cant handle a rush and after a rush they cant seem to figure it out. Not the best service with rude people at the window.

  It was a drive-thru order. Mind you, I really try to tamp down my expectations if I have to eat at a McDonald's, but even this surprised me. I went because I wanted to try their new burger (The Big Arch). Yes, the advertising succeeded with me. I made it through the payment window just fine, but sat at the food window for several minutes. A person kept coming by, but never opened the window. Cars were lining up behind me by now - likely waiting for their twice-per-day fast-food nourishment. Finally, a guy came by and asked if I ordered the Big Arch. I replied in the affirmative, after which he went away again. He then came back and told me to go park and wait. Several minutes later, he brought out my burger and fries. When I asked why their new burger took over 10 minutes to make, he said they "forgot to put it down." 🤔 I'm not sure how to interpret that statement. Anyway, I drove away and ate my soggy and quickly-cooling fries as I headed back to work - only to realize that he had neglected to bring me my drink. 🤦 I returned to the restaurant, went inside, and realized that I'm invisible! I had no idea! I stood at that counter for several more minutes with workers looking in my direction several times. When I eventually made myself known by asking an employee walking by if I could get the drink they forgot, she pointed to the manager - who had looked in my direction several times. When the manager continued to ignore me, the other lady handed me a cup. I'm not a scary man. I'm 5'7" on a good day and dress in slacks and a button-down shirt. I'm typically very polite and patient. Anyway, I'm sure they're doing their best . . . and it IS McDonald's in Rock Springs . . . but I expected a little better than this. The burger? Actually not bad! Just not worth a 10+ minute wait.

  OMG this location is honestly horrible! They keep finding new ways to mess up your order. The burger patties were so dried out. I ordered a chocolate shake, no straw, no spoon. Instead I was given a fork and knife. The fries were cold. Save your money!
