  I love Arby’s usually, weather tonight was given watery iced tea that tasted like dirty water and I paid extra for a bigger drink and then I did not get my mozzarella sticks that I ordered. I got the wrong food got all the way home my mistake I should’ve looked , I tried to call the store and when I was there, I was literally the only car in the driveway. It was very dead there so I don’t know why they couldn’t pick up the phone. It’s gonna be a while before I go back there and when I do, it’ll be during the day and I’m checking my order before I leave pretty upsetting. I wanted my iced tea all day from there

  Pleasently surprised. Food was good and the service was excellent!

  If I could give negative stars I would.. food was disgusting, while waiting for order we witnessed an employee eating fries out of the fry warmer and not using gloves!! Absolutely disgusting the health department should pay them a visit

  We went through the drive thru, didnt get greeted, didnt say how much our total was, very poor customer service.
