  Service lately has been consistently terrible. Every time I’ve come and have been the only customer in the parking lot and still waited 15 minutes just for someone to take my order. I understand being short-staffed, but if you can’t handle a single customer, there is clearly a bigger issue. I have never left a negative review on an establishment, but this has happened every single time I’ve come here. At this point, the location needs serious changes or it honestly should be shut down.

  No cheese dip with our pretzels. No straws for our 3 drinks. The wait was about 22 minutes, the waitress wasn't the friendliest, I tipped her 4.50$

  Food is decent but the ordering terminal speakers make it really hard to understand them. Always like their sonic blasts, wish they would bring back the butterfinger blast
