  So, it was dark walking in, not 100% inviting. We (mom, dad, 13, 11, 5 year old twins) were hungry so whatever. The floors were sticky and made sounds with every step, again, hungry. The tables were clean and the servers were prompt with our drinks. Then they disappeared after taking our order. We had to go to the counter and yell for someone to get refills. There was a guy (the saving grace of a 1 star sweep) who was working his butt off. He was cooking pizza, slicing, taking orders, and serving us. The food was not great, at all. Actually, it was terrible. The pizza tasted like cardboard. To the guy who was working, I'm sorry, you really did your best, but the pizza was suck. We ate it anyway, because we were hungry and it was cheap. Will we go to that store again? Highly likely no.

  Undortunately this lovation is VERY hit or miss, from the amount of care a dine in wait staff shows (again, sometimes great, usually do not see them after bringing out food) to the attitude of employees. They DO usually make an attempt at preference of prep but with constant door dasher chaos instead of drivers things seem to just fall befween the cracks often. Sadly it relegates this location to "last resort" for hot food away from home instead of a destination.

  Reminds me of the pizza huts from when I was a kid. Food is great and the people that were working when we were there are absolutely awesome. Will definitely be coming back for Thursday night buffet.

  Absolute worst customer service experience alone experience ever. To start I ordered through the Pizza Hut app for my food to be delivered to my room and pay with cash, The app was glitching so I called the store to make sure my order actually went through. They confirm my order went through was coming out of the oven. I waited it was being delivered through DoorDash whatever fine like I didn’t love that because they didn’t disclose that but it’s fine whatever I just wanted to get my food delivered. My food was delivered at 7:55 PM and I called the store at 8:19 PM in regards to my order. Louis Picked up the phone was kind of first then the attitude and condescending tone started coming in, I myself in a restaurant manager I own my own business, and I went to school for business. Never have I ever seen a manager or “shift lead” Speak to someone or treat someone the way Louis Did. I asked for a refund for my food. I was told they don’t do refunds they do credit after a little bit of an argument. I said fine whatever just give me a credit and then trying to tell me how or in what way I can or can’t use my Credit I was yelled at told I was given a credit and hung up on. Fast-forward to today, I then called the store in hopes to speak to you a more respectful manager unfortunately, the same manager picked up the phone first time I was told they had a credit and again got hung up on, I called back again. I am recording my own calls as well as I know the store has recorded calls. I am very upset so yes at this point my tone is a tone, but I am not yelling and I have somebody in person willing to confirm all of that Then call again asking about my Credit because I need to know the amount of my credit in order for me to order food and know what I’m using for my credit. I’m told I can’t speak to the area manager and owner and or get the corporate information Louis was told by the area manager to handle it. I do need an area manager, Owner somebody to reach out to me because the way that I was treated is unacceptable and I do need a credit for my food. It was on edible or cinnamon sticks for rock hard couldn’t eat those. My pizza wasn’t even made correctly the toppings that I paid extra for weren’t even on there. My son’s personal pizzas were cold and our breadstick had almost no seasoning and I have a picture proof of everything as well as everything in a trash bag currently not eaten. Fast-forward to my third phone call where I was then told that now I’m not able to get a credit because I’m in a hotel, which is crazy because I’m in the middle of moving to Wyoming and was told I did not pay cash which proof I did then I was told my order wasn’t delivered. When I said it was again. I have proof it was, and when I offered to bring in not only the proof of the text when things were delivered the proof of the food that’s bringing in the items that were not touched or pictures. I was then threatened with cops. This is unacceptable for anybody to be treated this way and I need somebody to get in contact with me as soon as possible. The amount of money that I spent on my food, I should be able to have at least been able to eat my food and have it made correctly, but the amount of disrespect that I got from a restaurant manager or even team lead like they told me they were it’s just crazy. No one should ever be treated that way, And after reading, the reviews are not the only one.
