- RWRon Wilson2 days ago3.0No one working the counter. To get a drink refill or a plastic spoon takes forever. 20 minute wait after ordering. Totally forgot about the concept of fast food and customer service. Wendys still has people taking orders and drink machines are available to customers. I'll go across the street from now on.

Fries? Not so much…and to have a sad fry rating is easy to turn around…hint: make ‘em fresh every time and throw away anything older than the last order!

McDonald’s isn’t great anymore anyways but service from people suck when you have to treat everyone like a felon for a $1.60 frozen coke. I don’t hate McDonald’s I hate people sometimes who are in a customer service job and hate giving decent costumer service.
