I actually got into an argument in the drive through with a customer service agent. After telling them that their speaker didn't work, and I had to order three separate times. As my car was off and I was speaking loudly, she yelled at me for not having my car off and needing to speak up, after I asked her to quit talking to me in the way she was approaching this situation, she told me she was going to deny service. I left pretty mad called the manager and the manager couldn't understand me. I will not be back to the store.
I accidentally ordered on the app to pick up inside instead of drive thru. They made me drive around, park and go get it inside. That’s not service. Will not be back!

Everything was wrong from the start I put a mobile order in so I know there was no communication errors when I received my order it was 20 minutes later all I got was one burger and was supposed to get the new Caesar chicken burger instead received the wrong quarter pounder and didn't get my Caesar sandwich and add a cherry on top the Dr pepper I ordered they gave me a diet which is not what I ordered. Honestly if you're looking to find a place to complain and get free food from it's probably this one I just didn't have the time to complain and get my money's back and money's worth

I am writing to report a deeply uncomfortable incident I witnessed as a customer at this location on July 16th at approximately 5:30
While waiting in the lobby, I watched the manager on duty completely lose his professionalism and begin aggressively yelling at a customer at the counter. It was immediately clear that the manager was using his position to air out some kind of intense personal drama, shouting private details loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear.
The customer actually handled it remarkably well, quietly asking the manager to lower his voice because the whole world didn't need to know his business. Instead of de-escalating, the manager doubled down, loudly claiming he wasn't being loud, just 'being confident,' and then kicked the customer out of the store.
It was shocking to see someone in a leadership role act so volatile, hostile, and completely unhinged in front of a full lobby of people. It made for an incredibly tense, unpleasant environment to eat in. Management needs to pull the security tapes from this day and time immediately, look at how this shift manager treats people, and address this. I will definitely be thinking twice before bringing my business back to this location if this is how it's run. The manager had curly hair and had his nails done with acrylics

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The biggest issue wasn’t even that our order was wrong, it was how rude and unprofessional the manager was throughout the entire interaction.
We were dining in, and before we even sat down, I walked around the dining area trying to find a clean table. Not a single table was clean. Every table we looked at had crumbs, food, or hadn’t been wiped down. I understand that this can happen, especially if they’re short staffed, but it definitely didn’t make a good first impression.
Our order was messed up from the start. We were given the wrong drink, so we went back to the counter to have it corrected. After that was fixed, we realized we never received the sauces that were supposed to come with our 40 piece Chicken McNuggets, so we had to go back to the counter a second time.
My 12 year old brother politely asked for the sauces, but instead of simply helping him, the manager gave him an attitude and acted irritated that he even asked. She handed him some sauces, but not all of the ones we were supposed to receive.
Since we were still missing sauces, I went back to the counter myself. I’m 15 years old, and I politely asked if we could get the rest of the sauces that were missing. Instead of listening, the manager immediately started raising her voice at me, insisting that she had already given us the sauces. I calmly explained that we still hadn’t received all of them, but she continued speaking to me with an unnecessary attitude. There was absolutely no reason to yell at customers, especially teenagers who were simply asking for the items that came with the meal we paid for.
After we sat back down and started eating, we realized that every single McChicken we ordered was spicy, even though we specifically ordered regular McChickens. At that point, we didn’t even want to go back to the counter because of how disrespectful the manager had already been. We just dealt with the incorrect food instead of risking another unpleasant interaction.
Another thing I noticed was how long it took just to get simple items like water and napkins. We waited around 10 minutes before someone was able to help us. To be fair, I understand that this may have been because they were short staffed or had limited employees working, so I don’t completely blame the staff for that. However, combined with everything else that happened, it only added to an already frustrating experience.
I understand that mistakes happen, and getting an order wrong isn’t the end of the world. What made this experience so disappointing was the way we were treated afterward. A manager should set the example for good customer service, not yell at customers or make them feel like they’re doing something wrong for asking for what they paid for. This was our first impression of this location, and it was genuinely awful. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this McDonald’s.
