  There was a young man behind the counter. You can tell that he was new and not trained. From the kicten on the ice cream side. The lady was yelling to the gentleman about a strawberry shake. Arguing with him I can hear her from the lobby. Ordered a twist cone, came out melted all over. Don't know how my child will be able to eat before it's all over the place. She said that the the twist doesn't frezzed up enough in a rude way. I said I would take a chocolate small cone ..she remade it and it was better. But her smart comment " is that better" not appreciated!

  Was in today at 8:30 04/08/26 and had the NASTIEST employee ever. He got my order wrong and when I got to the window he tried handing me a drink that I didn’t order. When I mentioned I didn’t order a root beer he took it back and THREW it in the trash and was nasty to me about it. When I tried calling to speak to a manager no one answered. Typical. Do better. If you hate dealing with customers DONT work a customer facing job. I do not recommend this place if you want a SLIVER or kindness. I will be calling corporate

  When we stepped inside and said "hello, how are you?" only to be greeted with "taking your money." As we ordered, the man taking our order was trying to upsell at any point he could. I went to order a blizzard and, without asking for size, the cashier simply said "large" It confused me. When we were waiting, more people walked in, the same cashier admitting to "annoying people" Instead of receiving all of our ice cream at once, we got two of three cups while the third sat in the window. We grabbed it on the way out and the cashier mumbled something about people being rude. The cashier in question wore no uniform or nametag.

  Went through the drive-thru, tried to order the $7 cheeseburger meal was told they were out but in reality the system wouldn't let them ring it up. Also tried to get a puppy cup and was told they didn't sell them anymore and when I used to get them they were free. Then got home no sauce of any kind for the chicken strip meal we ordered and the sundae was skimpy. Fries looked like they had pepper on them. The lady that waited on us was nice, but overall it was Very disappointing 😞
