  Staff was nice. They let us try favors before deciding. Gave a decent amount of ice cream for the price as well!

  The store looked clean ordered a banana split and it was very different from the pictured. even the ice cream didn't taste good. Will not eat there again. Dairy Queen is much bette and a better atmosphere

  My family and I always stop here when visiting Jackson because we love the ice cream, even though the woman with short hair is always a bit rude. We always brush it off. But today she just did too much, while paying she implied that we weren't being honest when telling another employee what ice creams we had gotten.We weren't even finished telling him when she took over saying "don't listen to them, I know what they all got." Needless to say, we won't be going back. We'll miss the delicious ice cream but it is not worth being mistreated by some rude woman.

  I went with my family and this lady named Kris was so rude, and it wasn't the first time. The other employees were nice except her, we don't live close so next time we are doubtful about going there again.
