  Go anywhere else, I loved my sonic in SD so I was excited that Gillette had one. Well first time I tried it I waited in line for 20 minutes, mind you I was only behind one person. Then got my food ordered 2 cheeseburgers plain. Got them and they weren’t plain. Whatever didn’t have time, I get mistakes happen. Well today I decided to try it again, and this time it was worse. 2 cars in front of me- took 23 minutes. Ordered the same thing, 2 double cheeseburgers plain. And of course after waiting so long, I reached down and guess what- not plain. Luckily I was still in line- I told them, and the kid told me nothing they could do about it. I told him yes there is, you can remake it correct this time. He said they’re too busy. Then a manager came and told me she would do it, so I waited 8 more minutes. And I trusted the manager got it, she made it right. So I drove off then what do you know, wrong again. Instead of plain double cheeseburgers I got 2 regular cheeseburgers. The people that work here are pretty incompetent.

  Came here twice this morning once at 630am and again at 715 received nothing after sitting and watching employees look at us very unprofessional

  I hardly ever think to go to sonic. Lately I've started to go there more and everything I have is always just amazing. I love their onion rings. Their fries are salted and crispy. Just like fries should be. I feel like you wait a little longer for your food, but it's always so fresh I just can't complain over that!! The service staff at the window. I use drive-through - are very friendly. And they serve breakfast or lunch all day long! I go to the Gillette restaurant. I'm going to try some more as I travel a lot. Well done!!
