  went thru a long drive thru got up they said itll be a few mins. ten mins later tried to do a Medium fry(pregnant wife) and a large bag of ice. they cant simply hand you the bag i guess for some dumb reason in the drive thru. then had to go in wait in line again. then ordered Same thing. Medium fry, large bag of ice. waited.... they came out handed me a 3 peice chicken meal with no drink and small fry. I looked at the recipe they messed up the mess up. they charged me for a large meal and no drink only ice... like not even close so I waited for the bag of ice manager said I could keep the meal that was $10.29 and bag of ice is $4.50+ tax. med fry is way less than another 6 bucks. yeah highly dont recommend.

  I didn't want to leave this review on Google. However after our experience on Sunday evening July 26th, leaving 2 messages for the owner, the 3rd call to speak directly to the owner/store manager an employee told me they don't return calls. I am left with filing a review on Google. The high school employee at the drive thru has little to no people skills. I employee high schoolers and understand the struggle. The young man talked over my better half the entire 10 minutes at the drive thru. At one point we were looking at one another like what is going on. When we got to the window this young man played the part of totally being higher than a kite on god knows what. He struggled hard, and continued to talk over us when ensuring our order was correct. I had to ask him for a drink holder 3 times. We ordered 2 smashed burger meals, a shake, and a slushy. When we received our order 20+ minutes later I checked to ensure we had 2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 tater tots, and 2 drinks, shake, and slushy. When we got home we did not have smashed burgers, nor the correct slushy. Total time spent ordering plus at the window was 37 minutes. May I add we only had 1 car infront of us, PLUS 3 people infront at the pull up orders. As I stated in the beginning this was not the type of review I wanted to leave on Google. This is why I tried connecting directly with the store manager and/or owner.
