  This is the second time we ordered for delivery and the second time part of the order is missing. The only positive thing would be the door dasher who picked it up. Actually called and let them know what was missing. Pizza Hut really should pay attention to orders.

  Ordered a couple pizzas online & stopped to pick them up on the way home from work. They were paid for online also but when I stopped to pick them up they tried to get me to run my card so that I would include a tip for them. Then I get home & find out that 1 of the pizzas was wrong. I wasn't completely sure of any of it the tip or order because it was done at home by the family so needless to say I will not be going back to this Pizza Hut again.

  Worst Pizza Hut in the country. They really should get an award. Every time I’ve ordered from here they manage to mess up the order. This time we ordered 3 crispy chicken salads a large pizza some pop and tea. The lady threw the pizza on the counter pointed at the cooler and said have a nice day. I asked about the tea she said ya I have to go get it. Brings tea, I said are the salads back there? Her reply oh was I suppose to make those. 15 minutes later she comes back with 3 side salads, I said that’s not what we ordered, showed her the receipt she looked at me like I was on crack, showed her on the app, she walked away. Decided whatever the salads we got are half the price of the ones we paid for but forget it. Drove the 3 mins home pizza was of course cold but luckily they under cooked it so we didn’t burn it in the oven. Literally don’t eat here. They need to just shut this place down.

  Came to this locations after always going to the Boxelder one and oh man was this place different. The staff extremely inconsiderate of anyone’s time. My food made extremely horrible becsuse I got a pasta and it had no sauce on it and very small portion (not the usual). I saw this after I had just gotten home and then drove back to ask them to correct their mistake. After I had told the staff that it was made wrong and missing sauce and my mom had ate some of it. She had responded to me by saying that she had are a lot of it. Clearly these people need to know the basic skills of customer service and while working with people who came to get dinner for their family they should not be extremely disrespectful to customers and learn to treat people correctly without an attitude. Honestly I don’t even want to eat the food because of how mean these people were and I don’t trust they had made it right. Also the lady who was super mean and disrespectful her name is Stephanie and she is also the boss I was told. Can’t believe the boss doesn’t have any customer service skills.

  Best pizza I've had I a long time. Actually looks like it was made by someone who was planning on eating it. Nice job.
