  Always go to Jimmy John's people are always great but went there today don't think girl at the window enjoys her job she was very snotty and rude if you don't like customer service don't work in it .

  This place is really tiny but the workers are so kind. I drove all the way from Minnesota and my husband forgot to order pop with the sandwich. One of the workers was kind enough to give me a free one. Thank you so much for your generosity!!!!

  Ordered 4 sandwiches in the app for pickup. Arrived at the pickup time and had to wait about 5 minutes to talk to someone to be told not only was the order not ready, but that they were out of bread and that I could have wraps instead. I told them to just cancel my order and went an found lunch elsewhere. Avoid this dump at all costs - how does a sandwich shop not have bread???

  I ordered my food online and it took an hour! Then I didn't receive any straws. Very disappointed with the service 0/5 do better please!

  JJ's used to be so good. This, along with their other locations, are so average now. It wasn't busy, luckily because the order taker had a hard time adding chips and a drink to my order. Tough stuff I know.... Also I ordered a GIANT size sub, 18" inches I think, and it wasn't even cut in half. Come one guys. Fat guys like my like a big sandwich, but you need to make it easy to eat. Again, it wasn't busy, but all the booths had crumbs/mess on the tables and benches.
