Waited for 30 minutes for an online pick-up order for just one sandwich.

Terrible Service and False Advertising—Avoid This Location If you want to be treated like absolute garbage and get yelled at just for walking through the door, this Jimmy John’s is the place for you. The employees here clearly hate their jobs and act like serving customers is a massive inconvenience. Every single order is met with heavy sighs, attitude, and eye rolls. To make matters worse, the franchise owner refuses to honor corporate promotions. I went in today hoping to buy six sandwiches for a special occasion. Even though Gillette is the third-largest city in Wyoming, the employee rolled her eyes and claimed they are "too small of a town" to honor nationwide deals. She made up a ridiculous excuse that the promotion required a paid monthly club subscription, which is completely false. This isn't an isolated incident. I have walked in here 2.5 hours before closing time, only to be told they are "closed" because the staff already cleaned up and didn't want to dirty their stations, or they ran out of bread and refused to bake more. They are constantly looking for excuses not to work. The prices here are higher than in Casper, yet the service is nonexistent. You pay premium prices to get treated with pure disrespect. If you can't honor promotions and can't stay open during your posted hours without giving customers massive attitude, you should just shut your doors. Do better.

This place never accepts promotions, always higher priced than other jimmy johns in our state, only place where they will run out of bread and won't remake any, they will tell you we can only do wraps. I am pretty sure its the greedy Franchise owner, who dont honor any promotions.

Fantastic food!! Great service depending on the day. But I still enjoy every visit. Reading through the reviews reminds me of that one South Park episode (season 19 ep 4) but everyone has their own opinion (even if they feel entitled) so shout out to you Mr Jimmy your doing good homie ✌🏾💂🏾‍♀️👹🙅🏾‍♂️💅🏽🧑🏾‍🦯👨🏾‍🦯‍➡️🧑🏾‍🦯👨🏾‍🦯‍➡️

ETA: today is 9/23/26. I again asked for comdiments on the side and not one was in the bag. So much for ensuring customers get what they asked for. They're fast, I'll give that to them; however, 9 out of 10 times they do not include the mayo and mustard packets as requested. I request no condiments on the sandwich because it gets soggy. Receiving my sandwich without the condiments as requested on the side is just as bad. I was also charged $1.35 for avocado. Where is it?
