    Waited for about 30 min to get my food at of course it was cold. The burger was missing all the fixings. Didn’t get any condiments or utensils. If you can help it don’t go to this location 6793 Bonanza Rd, honestly don’t go to sonic if you can help it. So bad

    Today I went with my family through the drive through, got 5 drinks, waited in line for 35 minutes to be treated with the bottom line service. Looked through the window and all workers were doing nothing, a few were on their phones then the other people completely ignoring us. We had a whole line behind us and 6 car ended up leaving because of how long it was taking, not sure if I’m going back to this sonic.

    Ordered ahead on the mobile app and pushed the button they said they were “bagging it up now” it then took 20 minutes for us to get the food. When we received the food, part of the order was missing. We pushed the button again, took 10 minutes for them to answer, to see if we could a refund on the missing item because we didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes. They said they couldn’t give us a refund.

    A Descent into Fast-Food Liminal Hell ______________ ​An absolutely god-awful experience. ​We pulled into a parking lot with exactly two cars, only to walk into a "lobby" that felt less like a restaurant and more like a level of the Backrooms. We stood there in awkward, echoing silence, waiting for a human to take our order by hand because the electronic kiosk—which looked 100% functional—was apparently on strike. ​What followed was a 35-minute sentence in liminal purgatory. We were entirely forgotten about in that dead zone of a lobby, aging significantly while waiting for food that we finally received nearly a half-hour after ordering. ​Was the wait worth it? Absolutely not. Not only was the food ice cold—save for the chicken nuggets, which felt like they had been hastily flash-fried to radioactive temperatures just to spite us—but they also managed to get my daughter's order completely wrong. Because of course they did. ​To top it off, the employee looked visibly annoyed that we had the audacity to ask for "luxury items" like napkins and condiments. You know... the bare basics of survival. ​The Verdict: Avoid this place like the plague. It looks appealing because it’s the first and last stop on your way in or out of town, but don't fall for the trap. Starve a little longer or just go to the sandwich shop across the street. ​GARBAGE FOOD // GARBAGE SERVICE

    Worst sonic I have ever been to. After 30 minutes of waiting and your order is completely wrong then they want to get mad at you because they can’t do their job right. Then after you finally get all the pieces to your order it’s still wrong because they don’t care. By the time all this is said and done you just leave. This isn’t just one time also. It’s every time we go there if your food isn’t wrong the wait time is ridiculous when there is only two people waiting. Don’t expect to grab a drink real quick that will take 10-15 minutes.
