  Visited tonight at 9:30pm after confirming on your website that you’re open until 10pm. Upon arrival, Owen immediately told us you were closed, no apology, no explanation. When I pointed out that your posted hours show 10pm, he simply repeated that they were closed. If your hours have changed, please update your website so customers aren’t wasting their time. If they haven’t changed, your staff needs to understand that closing early because it’s slow isn’t acceptable. Either way, this was a poor experience.

  This is the worst sonic I have been to. In the Midwest sonics are fast in and out. We have tried this location several times now and it is clearly poorly ran. We pulled up to a stall today and was told “stalls are closed for ordering today” bahaha I always joke, “this sonic does not know how Sonic’s are supposed to work.” .

  It took 15 minutes with only one car in front of me in the drive through to get a soda. 13 of those minutes was waiting for the person in front of me waiting to be able to place their order.

  Big thank you to the 4 gentlemen working at Sonic this afternoon. We came up with a car trailer and they were short staffed, so the lobby wasn’t open. We hit a button in a stall and explained we couldn’t go through the drive thru due to having a trailer. They were very accommodating and kind. All our food was great and drinks too. Thank you guys for helping us out even while being short staffed. 10/10
