  My husband went and picked food to being back to our campsite. It took forever to get it, the food is cold. And we were missing one of our tater tots. We aren't so far for the food to be cold by the time it got here. Maybe some training on checking bags before sending them out is in order. But I have never had a burger served this cold from any sonic we have ever been to.

  Sitting in the drive through for over 30 minutes and still haven’t ordered because I was told “they’d be with me in a moment” and that turned into forever. Five cars behind me have left, with more leaving now. Please staff your store better to deal with rushes because this is ridiculous

  There service is so slow me and my boyfriend have been here for 30 minutes and it has taken forever for someone to come out let alone our food and I’m so hungry I’m trying to be patient but I’m going snap 🫰 seriously I used to work here and this wouldn't be a thing that for sure .

  Absolutely unbelievable 45 minutes to put order in and sat there for 45 minutes for them to come out and say they forgot to put my order in so it would be even longer and there were only a couple people there not to mention the lady taking the order couldn’t get through her head that I was saying bacon not pickles would be better off going to sit down across the street and get real food and better service at hooches
