  What happened to pizza hut pizza. Ordered delivery and was probably worst pizza family has ever eaten. Pepperoni had no marinara, crust was cardboard, mozzerella sticks completely flavorless, combo had no marinara and barely any cheese. At least combo was somewhat edible due to toppings. But wow, used to love pizza hut. Wayyyyy bad

  The people working there are amazing! I was trying to redeem a coupon for my child, but I wasn’t sure if it was expired or not. The first day I tried to redeem it the doors were locked, even though I thought they were still open, so I had to take my disappointed child home with nothing. The next day we went again and one door was locked, but the other was open. So we went in to see if they were still open and they were, I just didn’t know they closed the dining an hour earlier than the store closed. I told the lady (I’m disappointed I forgot to ask her name) that was working our predicament and our troubles the night before. She immediately took our coupon and said whether it’s expired or not they were going to redeem it. Then she also ordered a free cinnamon sticks for my kids, told them they could sit anywhere they wanted (even though it was clear they were in the middle of cleaning) and she got them all coloring pages and crayons while we waited for our food. The whole experience was great, and they took the stress right out of a frazzled mother.

  I show up at 855 pm when they close at 930 to be told I either pretty much tip well or they are close like I appreciate the hustle but what the actual what dude!!!! I tip 10 bucks to get my order in just to find out another order online when through just fine no tip required!!!!!!! I'm pissed and feel used I think I'll go to Domino's next time!!!!!!!!!

  I made a call in order and was told it would be 30 minutes, I only received half of my order when it showed up. I called the store and let them know and I was told they would quickly send out the rest of my order, 1 hour later and still nothing. I called the store which led me to a call center and I was transferred 3 times and I still have not been able to speak to anyone or receive my order and I paid in cash so I have not received a refund either.
