  One employee we encountered was not nice to us. We decided not to go there often, and if possible, not anymore. I tried to be a nicer person and not to hurt anyone's feelings because I cannot just close my mouth and not say anything when someone shows rudeness.

  How are you going to be a coffee and donut shop serving breakfast and not open until 10. What the crap happened to dunkin?I was thinking of grabbing some donuts before heading to work, since I was stuck in Evanston last night. But noooo they can't open till it's freaking lunch time. What's the point to even having the store.

  Awful awful awful customer service! Not just by one employee, but by them all! Could not even get a simple coffee order correct and wanted to argue with customers about what they ordered. Also very condescending attitudes. I ended up throwing my $3 coffee out because it was not even close to what I ordered. Seriously, some standards need to be set at this location with these young employees.

  I don’t always do bad reviews but with how awful and childish the boss was I am. If it was possible I would give zero stars. I haven’t been to a Dunkin and I’m not sure I’d go back to this one. I was making a decision on donuts and she said well how many do you want and I asked how many came in a pack she finally says 6 and then I’m still making a decision on which ones to get she says do you want anything else and I said I’m still making a decisions and she’s like no like coffee or anything and I said oh no and she stormed off and had another gal step in. Seriously have some patience with your customers and treat them like a human, you are serving donuts and coffee. If you can’t handle a simple innocent question maybe that’s not the job for you. And I asked how long the donuts had been there just since this morning and they were already hardening up.
