- PPPaulMay 5, 20261.0Renovate or PROPERLY clean your restrooms. Unbelievable! I thought I entered a horse stall. Both bathrooms smell like a Calcutta outhouse. Filthy disgusting with layers and layers of urine all over the place. Who's in charge of this filthy store? You cannot even manage two bathrooms and yet call yourself a store manager. Gross! I decided to drive to Glenrock for my groceries. Now the gas station store was spotless and clean.
- EBEve BApr 22, 20261.0I believe this store has the worst service (and get away with it) because there is absolutely no competition. They are usually out of common items. Twice I've had to visit Customer Service. Once I waited 20 mins before I went and tracked someone down to help me. The other time, I just left after 15 mins. If you don't have a car (for whatever reason) and need delivery... good luck with that. It goes through Door Dash or Uber Eats. Every single time, something was missing from my order. Or, it wasn't delivered at all. Always blaming DD or UE (then having to deal with them, who, at least were friendly and helpful). Managers on vacation. Managers 'not available, call back'. You can't just go up and pick up your order if you can somehow get a ride because... the person on the phone is clueless as to what is going on. 'Maybe call back tomorrow and maybe someone will be here to help'. It seems like Safeway's motto is: Sucks To Be You! We Really Don't Care.

- FFFrank FalconJan 11, 20261.0This location is trash, particularly the deli. Ive been trying to get pastrami for over a month. One gal straight up said no when i asked for a pound of pastrami. She tried to play it off like joking, but...yeah. no pastrami. Slightly more recently their slicer was supposed to be broken. Today they were just out of pastrami. Its always something with these folks. I live an hour away. I guess i should only count on doing any grocery shopping 3 hrs round trip away in casper. 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
