- HPHeather PetersenJun 29, 20261.0We sadly had to use the restroom here and it was one of the most unsanitary places I have ever seen. Water was leaking from the sink all over the floor, the toilet was filthy and the overall condition was disgusting.

I go through the self checkout a lot. I went through the self checkout today (6/5/26) and Ms. Patty is the woman who I always see working the self checkout. When I went through there today, I asked the machine for $60 cash back. I have been having a horrible week this week. I scanned my groceries and asked for cash back and grabbed my groceries and receipt and walked out without my cash back. I went all the way back home and realized after counting what cash I did have that I didn't have enough cash and I was thinking something wasn't right. I should have more money than what I had. I drove all the way back to Safeway and Ms. Patty had put it away for me until I realized I didn't have it and returned. This woman went above and beyond for me to make sure I got my money. I really appreciate her! I have not come across any employees at Safeway that were rude. All the employees we talk to there are extremely sweet. Thank you Safeway and employees for making us feel welcome.

Filthy disgusting with layers and layers of urine all over the place. Who's in charge of this filthy store? You cannot even manage two bathrooms and yet call yourself a store manager. Gross! I decided to drive to Glenrock for my groceries. Now the gas station store was spotless and clean.
- EBEve BApr 22, 20261.0I believe this store has the worst service (and get away with it) because there is absolutely no competition. They are usually out of common items. Twice I've had to visit Customer Service. Once I waited 20 mins before I went and tracked someone down to help me. The other time, I just left after 15 mins. If you don't have a car (for whatever reason) and need delivery... good luck with that. It goes through Door Dash or Uber Eats. Every single time, something was missing from my order. Or, it wasn't delivered at all. Always blaming DD or UE (then having to deal with them, who, at least were friendly and helpful). Managers on vacation. Managers 'not available, call back'. You can't just go up and pick up your order if you can somehow get a ride because... the person on the phone is clueless as to what is going on. 'Maybe call back tomorrow and maybe someone will be here to help'. It seems like Safeway's motto is: Sucks To Be You! We Really Don't Care.
