Absolutely love Zapatas! Ordered online for pickup and everything was ready and hot when I went to pick it up! The chicken, rice and queso bowl was amazing, so cheesy and very flavorful (made a good dip for the chips too!) The Chimichanga was super tasty too! Packed full of meat and not too saucy. My son loved the cheesy bean and rice burrito. Their chips and salsa are my favorite! The salsa is very flavorful with a nice kick that isn’t too hot. I have yet to try something from here that I didn’t like!

We are locals. After having a bad experience a few years ago we decided to give you another try. Big mistake. The food had zero taste. The queso was bland, the chips were stale and the sapodillas were hard as a rock. They had obviously been microwaved multiple times. All of the food tasted and looked like it had been made days ago. The only good thing about our meal was the salsa. We ended up throwing away most of everything. At over $50.00 for 2 people on takeout we were completely disappointed. I have had better frozen food from the grocery store.

Waited over 40 minutes for our food and it was cold. Tasted terrible. Steak and “carne asada” are exactly the same and both were overcooked and tasted like burnt grill. Server extremely slow. No one in our group of 5 enjoyed their meal. Definitely would not recommend.

I am not sure how they make the enchiladas but the meat was very dry and overcooked. The shells were very soggy and not fresh. The rice and corn sides had no flavor. It tastes like everything was a few days old and they reheated everything in a microwave before serving. If I could give a zero stars on the food I would.

I hate to say it, and I NEVER leave reviews, positive or negative, but the public deserves to be warned. Our server was extremely sweet, but the food was some of the most disappointing I’ve had in my life. It honestly seemed like it could have been microwaved. Enchiladas had cheese like the Mexican blend from the grocery store, and shredded chicken was completely unseasoned. Sides seemed like they could have also been microwaved and/or pre-packaged. Nothing tasted bad per se, just not what we expected and pretty flavorless. Sweet people, but please don’t be fooled by the reviews. Skip this place.
