  Updating my review, the salad bar and everything there was still terrible. I waitress came over with the wrong. Pizza ordered and was rude when she got here.

  We visited this location just before noon on June 27 and ate in the restaurant on our way back to Minnesota from Yellowstone. When we left, my daughter forgot her rather expensive rain jacket in the store. We discovered this 8 hours and 500 miles later at a point where it was not feasible to turn around and go back. I called June 29 when we got home and they confirmed they had the jacket. I told them I would be happy to send a pre-paid envelope to them and asked if they would just put the jacket in the envelope and give it to their mail carrier. The staff person said they couldn't do it. I called back a few days later and talked to a different staff person who also said they couldn’t do it, and suggested I talk to Stephanie, the General Manager. I spoke to Stephanie today and she also refused to drop the jacket in a pre-paid envelope and told me that it was their corporate policy to not mail lost items to customers. She suggested I find someone who could come to the restaurant and pick it up for me. I told her that I live nearly a thousand miles from the restaurant and don’t know anybody who lives in or near Cody. I also politely asked her to send me this policy in writing, because it seemed like an oddly specific thing to put in a corporate handbook. I offered to give her my email address so she could send me a copy of this ‘policy’ and she hung up on me. The actual dining experience was also subpar. We were the only customers in the restaurant. It took quite a while to get our food. Their ice machine was broken and rather than mention it when I ordered a soda, the server just brought me a lukewarm soda with no ice, which I sent back. They had a cooler full of cold, bottled, soda but never offered that as an alternative, and I didn’t notice the bottled soda until we were nearly done with our meal. The food quality was mediocre, but it’s Pizza Hut so I wasn’t expecting much. After a month of calls and back and forth, I did ultimately end up getting the jacket back by posting on social media to see if any friends knew someone in Cody and got a response from a local acquaintance that I have never met in person who just happened to be travelling to Cody in a few days and he offered to pick it up and bring it back. The store management had no apparent problem handing a women’s size small jacket over to a size large man, who was obviously not the owner. But they would absolutely not put it in an envelope and allow a mail carrier to pick it up. It’s just a completely baffling line to draw and demonstrates a remarkable lack of customer service and honestly, just basic, human decency.

  I love the "old-school" style Pizza Huts, as it is what I grew up with! Kids loved it too. Great place to stop after plenty of hiking in Yellowstone on the way back to Meeteetse! The girl that served us did well, but there was a slight language barrier. A little bit of patience and good communication was able to keep everyone happy though.

  Old-school Pizza Hut. Es ist im Inneren schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber keineswegs ungepflegt. Es hat seinen gewissen Charm. Wir waren zu zweit hier Mittags essen, und haben 2 Larg Pizzen, a 3 Topings für 10$ pro Pizza bestellt. Unschlagbarer Preis, der Service war super, er war aufmerksam und die Pizza war innerhalb von 15 Minuten am Tisch. Die Pizza selbst war sehr lecker und frisch gemacht. Einziger Kritikpunkt, der Tisch war nicht ganz sauber, aber das war in Ordnung. Wurden definitiv wieder kommen.
