When I contacted the store to have the mistake corrected and request a refund, the staff immediately became argumentative instead of simply addressing the billing error. The situation became even worse when I asked to speak with a manager. Rather than helping resolve the issue, the manager was rude, unprofessional, and actually cursed at me during the conversation. Making a mistake on an order can happen. Refusing to fix it, arguing with a customer, and then using profanity is unacceptable. This location clearly has serious issues with customer service and professionalism. I will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage others to carefully review their receipts and think twice before ordering from this store.
