  This is the weirdest/most awkard experience in a fastfood restaurant. We ordered at the counter at Jacob. Didn't greet us, was just staring to us and dancing to the music in the background. Was pretty hard to order without getting almost no response to what we wanted to order. Actually wanted to leave right away, but kids were very hungry. Was just staring at everyone in my party when we were ordering. No price said, no thank you. Only thing said what name was the order for and said some weird name. Besides that screaming to colleagues. Awful experience. Wouldn't want my employees to treat customers like this.

  I couldn't hear or understand the lady at the window.Wrong fries, and when we did get the fries, they were old and cold and stale.The rubin would double meat was ice cold and there's too much cheese on the philly steak that did not get ate very, very disappointed, wouldn't do it again

  Got in just before closing with a "to go" order. Staff was very nice and order was quick - with hot out of the fryer fries.

  The young men working behind the counter were loud horsing around with each other. The roast beef was rubbery. The dining room was dirty and the tables and chairs rock. Very disappointing.
