- RMRachel MartinezJul 19, 20262.0Food was a disappointment. Taquitos carnitas, horrible...Salsa was watered down. No flavor. Guy stacking cups was yelling and cussing to himself throwing cups by the soda machine. Greeted by a man that wasnt friendly to our party. Im a native came to town for CFD this place was recommended by family. And frankly dont know why.

- TSTom SJun 27, 20265.0We’ve been to Tortilla Factory many times over the years and it’s always been good to us. My wife, my sister, and I stopped in for dinner and it was really good. Just a couple of minor things; the food wasn’t piping hot, but it wasn’t cold, either. And I had ordered half-and-half green chili and I got mild, instead. But the flavors were still there. My wife and I got the Build Your Own Combo and my sister had the Chimichanga. Service was good, and the restaurant was clean and tidy during dinner rush. Overall, we still would recommend Tortilla Factory!
