  The manager at this location was extremely friendly and helpful! Our order was incorrect but he went above and beyond to make up for the mistake. We appreciate it so much!

  The food was super delicious and the service was excellent :) plus with the app, super great rewards and deal. For sure recommend this place if ya want a super good cool down drink and some super amazing food :)

  This Sonic is headed to closure. The staff does not want to extend themselves to serve the customer. Tonight at 8pm we parked in a drive-up stall to order an evening dessert. Promptly told by staff "due to staffing shortages we are only serving drive thru". Line in drive thru was 4 cars deep. Opened the app and ordered 2 blasts. Then pulled into mobile app stall and had order delivered before drive thru line cleared. This location has lost it's roots and what Sonic represents particularly during the summer. Cheyenne would be better served by another restaurant in this location. I believe it's time to bid Sonic good bye at this location.

  Pulled up 15 minutes before their listed closing and nobody was there even with all lights on and the back door open. You couls hear people in there too. Strange!

  I’ve given this Sonic multiple chances, but I’ve decided I won’t be coming back. The customer service is consistently poor. No one ever seems happy to be there, and it’s rare to see a smile or even a friendly interaction. Every time I pull up, the atmosphere feels cold and unwelcoming. My most recent visit was especially disappointing. I ordered a Brownie Blast, and there were only three or four tiny brownie pieces in the entire dessert. It was basically a cup of vanilla ice cream with very little of what I actually ordered. For the price, I expected much better. To be fair, the chili dogs have usually been good, but it’s hard to mess up a chili dog. Unfortunately, good chili dogs aren’t enough to make up for the lack of customer service and inconsistent quality on other menu items. There are too many other places that seem to appreciate their customers more. After multiple disappointing visits, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
