  The last 3 weeks I have came here the slushie machine as been broken and what’s the point of having a drive in section when you have to go threw drive threw and on top of that I was waiting in drive threw for over 40 minutes for a single drink

  Literally saw many people drive away because of the wait. We literally sat at the window for 15 min and then another 40 at the second window. They are short staffed is what they told us. Which i can understand. But all we ordered was a coney and cheese sticks. Went in because they forgot the marinara sauce and the lady was very flustered.

  Love love love your fries. Husband had a smash burger. I had a waaaaay over fried chicken breast sandwich.....surprisingly it was delicious but a tad crunchy. All in all a fine experience.

  If I could give no stars, I would. We came in for lunch, door was locked so couldn't get to restroom with small child. When we knocked and asked to use restroom, manager was snotty and rudely told us no. Chose to sit outside and order. Server Stopped taking our order in the middle and hung up. Was rude when we rang in again to finish ordering. They rang in the order wrong. When we FINALLY got our food over an hour later after knocking on door, Server rude again. Food was cold and stale. "Well, we only have 3 people working". We'll if you don't have enough staff to support customers, either call someone or close for the day. That's when I told them I will be calling corporate and believe me that call WILL be made as soon as there office is open in the morning. We will never eat here again. As we were leaving. Another Server came out in her pajamas and a sonic shirt. Literal pajama pants!

  This is the slowest Sonic I have ever been to. Waited over an hour for one toaster and a drink, not even any sides and I was the only customer here at the time. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location ever. Management lacks oversight and no one in the office actually cares and it shows clear as day. There needs to be a complete overhaul or there won’t be any customers willing to return to this location.
