  Ordered 3 sausage breakfast burritos and 1 bacon burrito for my kids. The cook thought this would be funny to give to us, cold tortillas with cold cheese and tomato. They knew they were wrong because as soon as we got home and my kids unwrapped their “breakfast burritos” I called immediately and said I’d be right there they said “we still start making your breakfast burritos now”. This isn’t even a menu item so clearly this was something they thought would be funny to do, my two breakfast sandwiches I also got were perfectly fine. I will be taking this complaint further, I bet they won’t be laughing once the cook is fired.

  Both sonics in this town are absolutely horrendous. Very very slow, gets orders wrong, stall menus are out dated and always have some sort of problem. I don't think I've ever had a great experience going to either restaurant and that's why my trips to these are very limited and maybe once every other month if that.

  Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes in the stall for drinks ordered on the mobile app. I pressed the button to see what was going on only to be told to come through the drive thru which took another 15 minutes. Then you drive around to see two workers just sitting outside chilling. Horrible service all together.

  Terrible service. We were waiting for 45 minutes in the car hop lane for our food. I finally went up to the door to see if everything was okay and there were employees sitting around talking. Called into the store to cancel my order and they seemed very unbothered. Will not return here. Would give zero stars if I could.

  We went inside to use the restrooms. Both were filthy. The men's room toilet was clogged with someone else's feces. Then we went back to our car parked in a stall to order and pushed the red button. An employee comes over the intercom and says the stalls are closed and to go through the drive through. While in the drive through, I had to shout my order so that they could hear me and they wouldn't give me my total until I got to the next window. The person at the window forgot to give us straws for our slushies and looked annoyed when I asked for straws... Probably will not come back to this specific location.
