    Chelsea needs to be hidden in the back. I got to the window and she told me my total which she didn’t do at the order spot, so I had to grab more cash and she gave me a nasty face. Then didn’t have me my correct change and when I told her she yelled at me and said “oh you want the other three dollars I thought it was my tip” then practically through to me the rest of my my money and food.

    My gg can’t roll down her car window so I sit behind her in order for the speaker for her it happens every time and everyone is polite and respectful and understanding we went there today not only was the service incredibly slow like I get it you can be shortstaffed or whatever, we get up to the window I handed the lady my Gigi's card she takes it charges it give it back to me with the receipt then we sit there and wait another 4 to 5 minutes then the lady at the window opens it and tries to hand before cokes and four slushes and I politely explain that we did not order Cokes she gets mad at me says yes you did storms off another lady comes to the window I show her my receipt very kind and very understanding the lady who is originally at the window grabs the receipt crushes it in her hand and throws it away then the manager comes over to the window I explained that my Gigi needs her receipt so she can do her balancing in her checkbook and I tell the manager what we ordered and he refunds are meal and then we leave and go home and then we got home both sandwiches we're missing a top bun and we're just very sloppily made I will no longer be going to that sonic and I will be going to the other one on Del range from now on this place definitely deserves zero stars out of everything

    Reference id::1000444641601, placed order on mobile app, picked order up, the young lady who brought my order out had just been hired as the new GM. I went two blocks, and realized I was missing a medium French fry, was given all tater tots, by mistake. I returned to the restaurant, the drive thru line had about 10 cars in it, I pulled into a stall and pressed the red button. The male employee barked at me that he was currently drive thru only, I attempted to explain to him that I just picked my order up and just needed a medium french fry. He immediately talked over me without letting me explain, yelled at me due to staffing shortages he was drive thru only. I was the assistant manager of this specific location 9 years ago, this is no way to treat a customer. I ordered $40 worth of food and was expected to wait in a drive thru line while my food got cold for them to correct a mistake they made by not giving me a correct order. This is not customer service by any means and why they have staffing shortages. I drove over to Burger King ordered a large French fry and they didn't even charge me for it. That right there is why they keep my business and why I will abstain again from this Sonic in the future. Complete lack of customer service and no accountability. If they paid their employees better they probably wouldn't have such a high turnover, from.the GM down.

    I waited 5+ minutes for someone to take my order, and then waited 7 minutes for the one person in front of me in the drive through ( no one in stalls) to drive off after nobody came to the window. My total for a up charged meal with shake was $2 less than local hot spot diner with an up charged side. Sorry Monty. Needs work.

    Ordered a meal.My tots were ice cold, my burger the bacon was missing and the hamburger patties look like they weren't even fully cooked.They were almost like a whitish color, my bun was super soggy, my strawberry refresher tasted like carbonation , and that was it , it was disgusting as well. It was just EVERYTHING I ordered just disgusting!!!
