  Wow! Never impressed eveytime I place an order here. Food is always delivered 30 minutes longer than estimated, arrives cold, and I never get my breadsticks with my pasta. I should be receiving free pizza for a year by now for how bad each of my orders have been! Better off coming into town to the grocery store to get the ingredients to make my own pizza/pasta order.

  Took an hour after expecting delivery. Called asked where it was, said on the way then an additional 40 minutes past. Food came cold, stale and dry. Love the uncooked noodles and burnt pasta. $40 for trash

  Ordered pizza and cheese bread and 6 sides of marinara. Got 2 sides of marinara. Called the store they could not deliver the marinara I ordered so I could enjoy my meal and no management available to refund the money I paid for the marinara I didn't get! Over 6 dollars they ripped me off!! Whomever answered the phone when I called to get my sauce never apologized just told me all she couldn't do for me!

  I got charged $156 and I was told I had to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. I came in and Gabriel and Dominic were very understanding and helped me with my situation. They have amazing customer service skills.

  we ordered a pizza and after paying it said the delivery was in the oven. after waiting 40 mins past the said time it estimated we called to see if there were troubles finding our house (we had specific instructions to prevent this issue) we called twice and were hung up on both times and we never received a pizza. no attempt was made to rectify this at all. they did not deliver anything and hung up on us twice. i would understand this issue from a doordasher but i would expect better handling of this situation from the actual company.
