Outback doesn't put on their salads what they advertise!!!! 3rd chance ordering and still not right. No eggs at all. I finally called them & transferred to 3 different people that could not understand what I was asking...... (Me) "My salad came with no egg. (Them) Did you order the right salad? (Me) "Aussie Cobb". (Them) "Guess it should've had eggs on it" Wow!!!!!! Really!!!!!

The food was good but the 6oz Center Steak was more like a 3oz. Service was below par. The Bartender, a short, older Hispanic or Native American looking woman who was also my server. She didn't want to wait on me, delayed until I looked at her directly. She argued with another server who scolded her for not waiting on me. I had asked that server for some bread because the Bartender never did deliver it to me for a long time after she said she would, even though she only had about 4 alcohol ordering customers at a time the whole time I was there. When she did bring the bread, it was not fresh, was barely warm and was dry. She complained of being forgetful, too busy, etc. Listening to the conversations she was having with drinking customers, I don't think she is a very nice person, nor a happy one. The whole time I was there, she was constantly making negative comments about people in her life; at one point saying someone did something to her "but that's ok, (she) got her back." Later, I let her know I was ready for the check. She said she would be right there but after she finished pouring and delivering some drinks to other customers, she continued to talk to them while ignoring me, then after I asked another Server, the Bartender finally asked another worker to deliver the bill to me. I pulled out my form of payment and waited but the Bartender continued to ignore me, so I asked asked another worker to take my form of payment so I could leave. A drinking customer asked the Bartender why she was avoiding waiting on me. She said she thought I didn't like her and probably wouldn't leave her a good tip. (I thought, why would I? She only protestingly did the bare minimum, told other customers that I am old and weird and that is ok (about the tip), she didn't like me anyway. Is this the kind of Bartender/Server who represents Outback values? I have never before in probably over 30 years of being an Outback Customer been mistreated by any Outback employee, let alone as badly as this employee treated me. I still gave her a 20% tip. She didn't deserve it, though. If she didn't like my demeanor, perhaps she could have asked if I was alright. I was in fact, experienced severe physical pain the whole time I was there. Instead, she judged my character to be unworthy of her services. I just wanted a pleasant meal and to relax as best I could by watching sports news on the big screen TV. I didn't want or expect the nasty ess and unprofessional behavior I received at the hands of my Bartender/assigned Server with a negative attitude. Thursday, July 23, 2026.

Went with a large group of work friends. At first I was a little bummed that they stuck seven grown man at a six seat table and just pulled up a chair at the end but the service was fantastic and the food was excellent. I’ve been getting used to disappointment with this chain back in my home town so it was refreshing to have landed in an excellent representation of the brand. Had a bloomin onion, bone in ribeye(medium), and double steamed broccoli. Everything was just as it should be and very satisfying. The bread was also great. Oooooohhhhh, I had a margarita too. It kicked ass!
