  We are in town for a graduation but lived here for 12 years. We ordered from this location 3 times while in town for coffee and easy breakfast. Or so we thought. Not one order was right. And helpful tip McDonalds, if you offer to add cream and sugar to a coffee allow a customer to state how many of each OR better yet put it in when the customer orders it in their coffee.

  This has been the worst experience fast food of my life I have been eating McDonald's since I was a young child going with my parents and playing in the play place always a family favorite however I took my toddler son to this McDonald's this morning to spend some quality time with him watch him play around the play place while I eat my hamburger the staff at this McDonald's is by far the laziest rudest group of people I have ever met the lady I spoke with at the counter who I assume is the manager informed me that the play place is closed for 4 hours this morning so they can do a deep clean we are at the halfway point of that 4 hours as I look there is not one person doing any cleaning inside that play place not one person and to top it off the manager that I spoke with was rude acted like it was my fault I should know better than to come by here in the morning with my son and that I was just an overall nuisance to her for asking now if I was a bother to her because I'm asking questions and maybe you should find something else to do with your life then be in customer service this place does not deserve to have customers

  Saturday at 1pm is the time to come with your kids to the playplace! Food was good considering fast food expierence in Cheyenne is usual off. And i saw the manager approach and refund a mistake without the customer even asking. So super proud of this manager!

  Went tonight, ordered two double burger meals with dr pepper. Wanted one with no pickles. Then we got a huntrix meal. First off the person taking the order we had to repeat several times. When we pulled up to pay, one meal vanished while the huntrix meal became two of those. Then when I said that was not correct, and what I had ordered I saw the total and it was lower than the original order total we were told as well. I understand being short staffed. But randomly doubling our meal, then forgetting one, not getting it right when I tell you again and on top of that when we GOT the bag of food we were missing nuggets, had to tell them and the burger was still made wrong. Absolutely wild
