    This is by far the best location in Cheyenne (ofPershing & McCan). There is lots of parking space which is great! The inside was clean and not loud at all. All the employees were busy at their work. I ordered a #2 on wheat and it was delicious. It took less than 4 minutes. The fountain soda ice is the best (small gravel size) and makes Coke taste excellent. I'm used to Denver so this was a very welcome surprise to have little to no line, quietly seated tables, employees who were on task and friendly, and some music in the background that was noticable but not over bearing. This location has a drive through we which is rare for JJ's. Also 2 picnic tables outside so that me and my dog could eat on the premises. All around good experience here. Hopefully one day they will accept Bitcoin as payment and then get a 5th Star.

    10am on a Friday, they took my drive-thru order quickly. Customized the giant sub & ended up with barely any slices of meat on it which isn't typical for JJs. Service was good but quantity didn't match the price. Reduction in cost or subs made with wrong amount of meat.

    Staff here is awesome and knows what they’re doing! I’ve always been welcomed in, have never had to wait for my online orders, and everything I’ve ordered has been made correctly. Produce has been fresh every time I’ve ordered. If you ask for extra, you GET extra, which is rare to see. It’s even more rare to see your food correctly prepared when ordering online. Good job to the staff, we are blessed to have them! They deserve a raise for sure!

    Walked out of this place in literal tears. Worst experience at an establishment ive ever had. Pretty sure it was the manager but he was so mean and rude. I ordered 2 Wraps in the drive through, they gave us a completely wrong order so I went inside and they got my order wrong another time. After that the huskier guy, assuming the manager, threw that sandwich in the trash, and said so what do you want (mind you i told them 3 different times what the order was). I told him he didn't need to be so rude and he rolled his eyes and said I'm just trying to make your sandwich. So I told him what my order was and he started making it and I had to interrupt him before he made the full sandwhich and tell him I didn't want some things on it, and he threw it together, missed one of the things I asked for and I walked out bawling. I never got a receipt for my order, never an apology for the 3 times they messed it up, and not even a sorry for putting me in tears. I'll never be stopping here again. Called the other jimmy John's to get upper management to talk to him. Insane behavior from this guy.
