  Walked out of this place in literal tears. Worst experience at an establishment ive ever had. Pretty sure it was the manager but he was so mean and rude. I ordered 2 Wraps in the drive through, they gave us a completely wrong order so I went inside and they got my order wrong another time. After that the huskier guy, assuming the manager, threw that sandwich in the trash, and said so what do you want (mind you i told them 3 different times what the order was). I told him he didn't need to be so rude and he rolled his eyes and said I'm just trying to make your sandwich. So I told him what my order was and he started making it and I had to interrupt him before he made the full sandwhich and tell him I didn't want some things on it, and he threw it together, missed one of the things I asked for and I walked out bawling. I never got a receipt for my order, never an apology for the 3 times they messed it up, and not even a sorry for putting me in tears. I'll never be stopping here again. Called the other jimmy John's to get upper management to talk to him. Insane behavior from this guy.
