  Always a great experience, its downtown which is convenient since my office is located a block away. The Sammy's always taste great and the service is on par.

  Never the right order, one night they didn’t have bread today it’s no delivery driver , generally a 10-15 min wait in shop , the worst jimmy John’s I’ve ever experienced

  Just order on DoorDash that’s what they’re using Anyways!! How can you advertise freaky fast Drivers but when you call to place an order, they say “I’m sorry we don’t have any drivers tonight we’re using third-party deliveries and we can’t accept your cash”… what a joke

  I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the female manager working on 20 April, at this location for providing some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, displaying a level of professionalism and genuine helpfulness that really stands out. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and dedicated to making sure every person walking through the door is taken care of. Their leadership clearly sets the tone for the rest of the staff, and it makes this Jimmy John's a step above the rest. Exceptional service—highly recommended!

  I love this location, but they really went above and beyond for me tonight. Uber did not deliver my food this evening and they remade my food and offered a credit for the delivery fee. I did go in for pick up after my delivery did not make it to me. Sadly this was not the first time this has happened to them, which is awful because this is out of their control if they don't have delivery drivers. I truly appreciate the gentlemen working this evening. I unfortunately did not get their names though!
