    Dutch Bros you disappointed me with your staff. We typically get good service and today on 08/08/26, I placed an online order at 5:45 pm and it's 6:20 pm and still haven't received it. I'm late to my appointment. It was just TWO coffees. Things are going downhill as this has never happened before and I'm very disappointed 😞

    My couple experiences at this location are horrible the first time they had very poor attitudes and the 2nd time I waited in the line for 25 minutes. And my most recent time I’ve been waiting in line for 15 minutes, mind you there’s only 4 cars in the line. Maybe if their employees weren’t so concerned on the walk up customers and making their own drinks they would have their service time down.( I’m currently in the drive through in 97 degree and have watched 2 employees walk out with drinks in their hands

    I’m saying this as a long time Dutch bros fan who was super excited they were finally opening one in Cheyenne. They were doing pretty good at first. But the last six months they have gone so far down hill. The drinks are inconsistent in how they’re made. My tea today was sooo watered down. Half the time my coffee is the wrong color (I always order the same coffee and I know what color it’s supposed to be). And lately the wait times have been HORRIBLE. They’ll have someone taking orders in line and doing a great job, yet somehow when you make it to the window everyone is sitting there waiting for 10 minutes for one drink. I think we’re going to stop going for a while and hope in 6 months it’s gotten better. Clearly a huge management problem.

    The gal working in the outside drive through ordering on July 27 around noon was not the typical upbeat, helpful, talkative and friendly broista That is usually out there. I was very disappointed in the friendly service. I am used to please hire. Nice people gave an extra star because the gal at the window was nice even though my drink was very wrong!!! But I think that’s because the drive thru lady didn’t put it in right! Very frustrating and definitely not what I expect from a Dutch bros 😭 EDIT: I put in a complaint with the app and NO response from them so when they say to add a comment to them they don’t answer!!!!!!

    I went here to get a coffee and the new sliders. I had ordered them not warmed up as I wanted to save them for tomorrow. When I was informed they had to be warmed up.....AFTER I had paid for everything, I simply asked for a refund. When i got to the window, I mentioned that I wanted to save them for tomorrow, and the little chicky (who acts like she thinks she's all that) was VERY VERY RUDE! At that point, I asked for a refund as I was angry at being treated that way.....she even interrupted me while I was trying to talk. I loce the coffee here, but if the service continues to be this rude by this little girl, I will have to (unfortunately) look for a new coffee place. Everyone else was nice but her.
