    Never seen Dutch Bros, or any coffee drive thru this slow. Drive thru took 35 minutes. It wasn't an especially long line when I got there. Maybe 10 or 12 cars ahead of me. By the time I left the line wrapped out to the street.

    This Dutch Bros has consistently went down hill since they opened and is extremely bad now. We always order ahead and go through the drive thru. We used to be able to get in line, tell them we had an order and they would go grab it for us. Lately when we get in.line the staff, when they even come out, refuse to get our order and bring it out. We have to go to the window fir the order. Then we get to the window and there's six or seven people standing inside dancing and singing and no one outside or making drinks. We sat at the window yesterday for 5 minutes waiting for our drinks that we ordered ahead while people behind us were getting their drinks that they ordered while in line. My drink was 90% ice when I finally got it.

    I placed an order for my partner and me at 6:40 AM while driving from Laramie and scheduled the pickup for 7:15 AM. I arrived around 7:17 AM, only to be met with very poor customer service. The employee at the counter, who had colorful hair and multiple facial piercings, barely acknowledged us. When I asked about our order, I was told, “It’s not ready, but I’ll go check on it.” She then never appeared to check on the order and left us waiting without any communication. We ultimately waited more than 25–30 minutes past our scheduled pickup time. The order consisted of a freeze and a blended Rebel, both of which should be relatively quick to prepare given the equipment available. This delay caused me to be late to work. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a larger issue I’ve noticed with this location. It has been over a year since I last gave this shop a chance, and the service seems to have gotten slower and less welcoming. Even the interaction at the window was uncomfortable—the employee barely engaged with us and appeared extremely tired or impaired, struggling to keep her eyes open and slurring her words while confirming our order. I’ve had great experiences at other Dutch Bros locations, which makes this particularly disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to bring this location’s service back up to the standard Dutch Bros is known for. Two 👎🏼👎🏼

    ⭐️ I had a really disappointing experience at Dutch Bros in Cheyenne, Wyoming today. When I pulled into the line, an older woman came outside and asked how she could help us. I politely told her that I had a phone number to give them once we got to done with the order, but that I would like a 24 oz blended extra-sweet Cocomo with Soft Top and Picture Perfect. She said okay and then asked if I wanted whipped cream. I politely explained that I wanted Soft Top, not whipped cream. She asked again if I wanted whipped cream, and I again said that I wanted Soft Top. She then asked a third time, and when I repeated that I wanted Soft Top, she responded, “I was simply asking if you want whip.” I explained again that I had already answered her, and she then said, “You know what, I’m gonna let you order up there,” and walked away. I was not being rude, disrespectful, or difficult in any way. I was simply trying to place my order and clearly answering the questions I was being asked. The way she spoke to me and then walked away felt incredibly rude and completely unnecessary. Customer service is about treating people with respect, even when there is a misunderstanding. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there was absolutely no reason for the interaction to become confrontational when I was being polite from the beginning. I normally enjoy Dutch Bros, but this interaction was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this because customers should not be made to feel like they did something wrong simply for answering a question.
