I almost walked out but we were driving through on a road trip and just wanted to eat fast. I started taking pictures and the woman asked what I was taking picture of. I said how dirty it is and she said we are understaffed. Lol. There were two people eating inside and that's it. I am appalled by how disgusting the restaurant was. After I told them why I was taking pictures they stated to wipe down the tables. Thus I gave a star for that.

I confirmed the night before that everything was good to go - even went into the store that night and was assured all was good - they even pointed out my catering order which was hung up. When we went to pick up the order at the allotted time (Chipotle even sent an email that night confirming!!) not only was the order not ready but hadn't even been started and the friend that we sent to pick up the food waited OVER AN HOUR and STILL no food to which I had to leave my Dad's service and drive to the restaurant and demand our food. There was absolutely NO "We are SO SORRY!" In fact - the manager and employees boxing up the food seemed put out by me. By the time we got the food and I got back to the funeral it was an HOUR AND A HALF LATE! (Food was supposed to be ready at 1:45 and it was after 3 when I left the restaurant!). We had well over a 100 people waiting to eat and some began to leave as a result! I am pissed at not only the lack of communication from this Chipotle but the lack of remorse or empathy at the situation. Unbelievable and it completely ruined what was meant to be a day to honor my father. Incidentally I contacted 1800-Chipotle the next day and was promised I would hear something back by last night or this morning and still nothing. Last night they told me they tried 4 times to call the store with no answer. I will NEVER use Chipotle for catering again.
