  Thought I would get a good service however the employee who was preparing my food was downright rude and was annoyed when I asked for the ingredients and requests and gave me smaller portions. He lacks the professionalism and I'd advice you to train him maybe 3 more times. He should leave that attitude at home and do what the customer requests for. It left a huge negative impression of this particular chipotle branch and hope the management addresses this issue, if not, I'd directly contact corporate.

  Completely messed up Mobile order didn’t realize until we made it back home. Tried to call restaurant to rectify situation spent 5 minutes trying to get in touch with a human finally spoke with someone at a corporate office and they said I could not be transferred to the store? Missing items and the one item we did get we did not order. Completely understand mistakes happen but when it’s impossible to get ahold of staff to try to rectify it that’s were there’s an issue.

  Just wanted to say that the new worker who started today 8/6/26 is doing a great job! Got us everything we needed quickly and efficiently :)

  At first it was closed a lot but now they have been opened. The service is really good especially when Kayla is there. She's the best. The food is delicious way better than Qdoba! Keep up the great work! PLEASE STAY OPEN 😉

  First, I will say we have never had a problem with the taste of the food and it is a good fast option for vegetarians. I share the frustration of many reviews stating the restaurant is often closed when it should be open or out of certain items. Once we had to eat with spoons 🤨Recently we were told they hired more staff, closed for full training and we now ready to serve the community. We went this weekend. Yay, they were open! Yay, they had enough to serve us (although if anyone wanted veggies or sofritas after me they may have been out of luck). What they didn't have was ice. Ok, no biggie. Told the cashier, she said ok. We got seated, washed up, no ice and cashier standing idly by waiting to ring up the next customer many steps away from being ready. I asked cashier if we could get the ice soon. She said something along the lines of, "mam, you're gonna have to wait. It's going to be quite awhile because I can't go far from my register." I asked if someone else could do it and I think she said said "I don't know". So, I got someone else's attention who was wandering around the back with a bucket. She said ok. We ate our lunch while that employee casually cleaned the tables, restocked cup lids, and just as we were finishing up refilled the ice. The guy who served our food was personable, the cashier was downright rude, and I question priorities in general as it seems beverages go with the meal experience. I sure hope this place can get it together!
