- BBBenAug 7, 20261.0I recently had a pretty poor experience at the Chick-fil-A here. Once I start getting better service here, I will change this review. It has been pretty consistent lately having to wait an abnormally long time in the drive-through. This last time I came I came with my daughter and just ordered her a kids meal. They brought me her drink and told me enjoy your meal. I looked at him and said well where is her meal and five or six minutes later after already waiting 15 minutes they finally brought her kids meal to her. After a while of sitting there, I decided to order me an iced tea on the app. After a while of sitting there, I decided to order me an iced tea on the app in 15 minutes later, it’s still not delivered to me so I go. To the counter, trying to get somebody’s attention everybody that works there has tunnel vision. They’re either helping the person at the register they’re delivering orders whatever they’re doing they’re ignoring everything and everyone else around them I even had to call the store to let them know my issue and they still didn’t address it so I had to go up and talk to the manager who I guess is actually the owner. They had a lot of employees there, but they just really need to teach their employees how to pay attention to their surroundings. They were also out of ice tea that day, which is fine but this should have been communicated to me at some point instead of me having to wait over 25 Minutes.

Today I ordered literally just 1 meal. No line. Was told to park and wait for my food even tho I only ordered 1 meal through the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes and ended up just going inside and asking for a refund. Ridiculous and I will not be back.

I got this for my DIABETIC dad. Thanks for the service full of attitude and not even getting a basic 2 drink order right. Last time I’ll be wasting my money here.
