Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was extremely disorganized. There were around 10 people standing around waiting for their to-go orders, and many had already been waiting 25+ minutes. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes ourselves. The staff seemed to be moving very slowly, and no one was communicating with customers or providing updates about the delays. We understand that restaurants get busy, but this location appeared to be poorly managed. We expected a much quicker and more organized experience from Chick-fil-A. Very disappointing.

Once you get in line you can't leave, there is no turn to get out. Their may be a turn spot before the actual drive threw line, but if cars use it to park, you are blocked. Very rushed and impatient when ordering. Food was good except the chicken sandwiches had so much butter or grease that the bun edges were becoming transparent and soggy. I only ate the chicken and tossed the bread. Sorry I wanted this to be better experience so we could get back on the road, but I feel we should have went to a sit down restaurant.

(So 35 minutes total) at a chicken place that only serves chicken, mac, salad, and fries). And just a simple like hey we are making chicken or Mac or something- couldn’t even provide why there was such a long wait. I would never come back here again glad I was just passing through town. Would’ve been quick to drive to Raising Canes back in Colorado. Unacceptable! Two 👎 down.
