  We have been back to BWW 3 times in the last year after not eating there for years and the first time was great so we decided to keep going back. But the second time was so so and this time was horrible, looks like we’re back to not going again. First the iced tea was so clear it looked like they were trying to stretch the tea till shipment day. We waited forever for our food just, because I ordered a salad. Tables that got there after us were getting their food before us and the waitress told us my salad was holding the whole order up, so of course when our food got to the table it had definitely been under the warmers way too long and everything was dried out. The French fries were cold and inedible, and the wings were dried out and there was no extra sauce from tossing them to even recover them, they were completely dry. The waitress brought us fresh fries, but even though they were hot they were so dried out like the first fries my guess is that they are making up a huge batch of fries and just letting them sit forever under the warmers. My salad was small for a dinner salad, it was bland compared to the Caesar salad description in the menu, and half the salad was croutons. How about instead of loading up on croutons to hide the lettuce shrinkflation and giving us so many blue cheeses we could live off for a month you just give more lettuce in the salad? Everytime I made a complaint the waitress just brushed it off like, “I know it sucks, but I don’t know why and that’s just how it is here.” Even when I told her at the end that this was a bad experience she apologized but still acted like that’s just how it is and offered no solution. And the worse part is our dinner ended up costing $108!!! We didn’t even get any appetizers or bar drinks. For the quality of the food and the experience that is highway robbery! And that reminds me, I paid $10.99 for 6 wings and I only got 5 1/2, because they gave me a half of one! That’s no big deal when you order 40, but when you order 6 it’s definitely noticed when you get shorted. Even though I got 6 wings and a dinner salad with chicken on it, I still left hungry, because the chicken wings are tiny and dried out and the salad wasn’t very filling for a dinner salad. Also my husband wanted me to mention that when he went to the bathroom it was disgusting and toilet paper and paper towels were all over the floors.

  This review is for the manager and wonderful server named Kayla. Our food came out less than stellar, but the manager fixed the issue immediately. I appreciate great service. Our server gave us great dessert recommendations as well. :)

  We just wanted a decent quick dinner. Little did we know there was a UFC fight on and the place was packed. The staff still found us a table and the atmosphere was awesome. We had a good meal and watched a couple of fights.

  I always enjoy going to this location. Staff is courteous and prompt. They also were kind enough to put the game on we requested on a tv that was easier for us to view.

  Buffalo Wild Wings has always held a special place in my heart. Growing up, it was one of my favorite restaurants, and to this day it's still one of my go-to spots whenever I'm craving wings and want to relax for a bit. I usually sit at the bar when I visit. While I don't drink much, it's hard not to enjoy a cold Bud Light while watching a game. In the past, I've had a few experiences where the beer tasted a little flat, but recently the tap quality has been excellent. My favorite order is the mild wings. If I had one suggestion, it would be to serve the wings a little hotter. I love when wings come out steaming hot, fresh from the kitchen, to the point where you have to let them cool for a minute before digging in. On this visit, they were warm and good, but not quite as hot as I personally prefer. What really stood out this time was the service. The bartender was attentive, friendly, and easy to get ahold of whenever I needed something. In previous visits, there were times when it felt difficult to get a bartender's attention during busy periods, but this experience was noticeably better. Whether it's improved staffing, management, or simply a great employee, the difference was appreciated. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings continues to be one of my favorite places to grab wings, watch sports, and unwind. The service has improved, the beer was cold, and the experience was enjoyable. I'll definitely be back.
