And I don't know why, but fate had her wait on us. 3 hours for what should have been a quick dinner. Endless apps took countless minutes. Drink refills never happened. But we did see the great great grandmom waddle out to smoke on patio several times. We won't be back. We missed our movie time.

- ALAnnabell LambeApr 23, 20263.0I called in and ordered some wings planing to take out when we got there my daughter was disappointed that we were not eating there the hostess was sweet and cleared it with the manager to let us switch to a table the waitress for the section refused to help us in anyway the hostess enedup being the one taking care of our table. I found that very unprofessional I was a server and would have never treated a table in my section like that and with complet honestly I would have let a tip on the table for her if she had not ben so rude. I understand that we took a table did not give her the sales but we were still customers. I absolutely loved the hostess and felt bad for the uncomfortable position she was in. But she handled it with grace dignity and class. Food was delicious and the service I got from the hostess was amazing but the rude server ruined the atmosphere.
- DADominique AApr 20, 20262.0I come in quite often due to it being the only place open so late in town, foods usually not a problem when my order taken CORRECTLY, however the last few times it’s been brought out wrong and I’ve never been one to make a fuss so I’ve left it alone. Tonight I came in to pick up my to go order and I stood in front for 15 MINUTES without being helped while multiple servers walked past me MULTIPLE times, mind you it was not very busy at all. The lack of service here is getting worse every visit.
