  I don’t know whether it was a new guy or what but he couldn’t hear me. Maybe it was the headphones that he had that was malfunctioning I don’t know. But I was trying to let them know that I wanted horsey sauce. I had no idea that the sandwich came with nothing on it except for the fricking meat and it’s cold at that so the new orange shake that they are advertising it it’s not there it’s broke or whatever so I had to renege on that and then when I was sitting there waiting for my food, the guy at the window gave me a Sprite. I didn’t order the Sprite he goes. Yes you did. I said no I didn’t. I said I just ordered the orange drink whatever it’s called. Well, I gotta do a refund now. Not only did he do it. I mean, the poor kid and then it made me forget horsey sauce so now I’m eating the sandwich. With nothing on it it’s naked except for the meat and the bread is very dry.

  Ask my finace to swing by here and get food while I got fuel. Ordered pulled up to the window paid. They asked her to pull up. No one behind her. She sat at the door for 19 minutes for 2 fry’s a chicken sandwich and some tenders. She pulls off to meet me and there are no tenders in the bag. I took the bag inside dude said “I can drop some tenders it’ll be 5 minutes.” I see the I’m assuming manger grabbing the tenders out of the hot box puts them in a bag and said here!

  I’m all for mental disability inclusive hiring, but come on it can’t be 100% of the work force. If the object is to not feed customers or make money instead to frustrate them by giving them the wrong order or wasting their lunch hour because they take so long then you guys are nailing it! Worst fast food place in town save yourself 30 min and drive to the Arby’s in town.
